Anti-Collusion Strike Force

      The Justice Dept. on Nov. 5 announced it was creating the Procurement Collusion Strike Force to identify and prosecute contractors that collude to raise prices to the government.

      The team from DOJ Antitrust Division, U.S. Attorneys’ Offices, FBI, Defense Dept. Office of Inspector General and other Inspectors General and other partners aims to lead state and local anti-collusion efforts as well.
