NAVY

      Progeny Systems Corp., Manassas, VA is awarded a $9,855,080 firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for services and hardware systems in support of the Undersea Warfare Decision Support Systems (USW-DSS) Command and Control program. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $50,711,886. Work will be performed in Manassas (79%); Norfolk, VA (11%); Keyport, WA (8%); and other locations. This contract was not competitively procured. In accordance with Section 1709 of the 2018 NDAA that modifies 15 U.S. Code 638(r)(4), this SBIR Phase III contract is being awarded to the same firm that received the SBIR award. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, DC is the contracting activity (N00024-20-C-5213).

      Pacific Federal Management Inc., Tumon, Guam, is awarded a $9,093,633 IDIQ contract for base operating support services at Naval Base Guam and Naval Support Activity Andersen. The maximum dollar value including the base period and four option years is $48,494,711. Work will be performed at Naval Base Guam (70%); and Naval Support Activity Andersen, Guam (30%). This contract was competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website with two proposals received. NAVFAC Marianas, Guam, is the contracting activity (N40192-20-D-9000).

      Sedna Digital Solutions LLC, Manassas, VA is awarded a $9,340,931 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously-awarded contract N00024-18-C-6264 to exercise and fund options for Navy engineering services and required material. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, DC, is the contracting activity.

      Edifice LLC, doing business as Edifice Solutions, Beltsville, MD is awarded a firm-fixed-price task order N40085-20-F-4066 at $9,572,167 under a small business design-build/design-bid-build general construction multiple award construction contract for the design-build for four new magazines at Naval Air Station Oceana, Dam Neck Annex. Work will be performed in Virginia Beach, VA. Five proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, VA, is the contracting activity (N40085-18-D-1125).

      JF Taylor Inc. Lexington Park, MD is awarded a $109,433,818 cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost reimbursable IDIQ contract. This contract provides for development of simulation systems and software to support training activities as well as acquisition development and lifecycle support for the Integrated Battlespace Simulation and Test Dept., Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division. Work will be performed in Lexington Park, MD (75%); and Patuxent River, MD (25%) This contract was competitively procured, as a small business set-aside, via an electronic request for proposal; one offer was received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD, is the contracting activity (N00421-20-D-0008).

ARMY

     CDO Technologies Inc., Dayton, OH (W52P1J-20-D-0001); and Lowry Holding Company Inc, (W52P1J-20-D-0002) will compete for each order of the $48,100,712 firm-fixed-price contract for Automatic Identification Technology data communications, hardware, software, documentation, incidental services, technical engineering services, training and warranty. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island Arsenal, IL is the contracting activity.

      Chinook Systems Inc., Arlington, VA (W912DY-20-D-0008); Exp Federal, Chicago, IL (W912DY-20-D-0009); Shearer and Associates, Huntsville, AL (W912DY-20-D-0010); and HDR Engineering, Omaha, NE (W912DY-20-D-0011), will compete for each order of the $49,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for architectural and engineering services for cyber in support of the various divisions and programs. Bids were solicited via the internet with six received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville, AL is the contracting activity.

      JSR Inc., Schertz, TX was awarded a $9,260,232 firm-fixed-price contract for renovation of Buildings 820 and 829. Bids were solicited via the internet with six received. Work will be performed in San Antonio, TX. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville, KY is the contracting activity (W912QR-20-C-0004).

      RLB Contracting Inc., Port Lavaca, TX was awarded a $8,862,000 firm-fixed-price contract for pipeline dredging in the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway, Texas, across San Antonio Bay in Aransas County, TX. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work will be performed in Calhoun, TX. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston, TX is the contracting activity (W912HY-20-C-0001).

      Teichert-Odin JV, Sacramento, CA was awarded a $49,283,800 firm-fixed-price contract for a levee improvement construction. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento, CA is the contracting activity (W91238-20-C-0002).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

     UTS Systems LLC, Fort Walton Beach, FL has been awarded a maximum $200,000,000 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for commercial shelters. This is a one-year base contract with three one-year option periods. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA (SPE1C1-20-D-1210).

      Brothers Produce Inc., Friendswood, TX has been awarded a maximum $202,500,000 firm-fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for fresh fruits and vegetables. This was a competitive acquisition with one response received. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPE300-20-D-S736).
