NAVY

     AERMOR LLC, Virginia Beach, VA is awarded $44,913,739 for a firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide test and evaluation support services for Commander, Operational Test & Evaluation Force Surface Warfare Division. The contract will include a 60-month base ordering period with an additional six-month ordering period option pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.217-8 - option to extend services, which if exercised, will bring the total ceiling value to $49,901,968. All work will be performed in Norfolk, VA. This contract was competitively procured with the solicitation posted on beta.SAM.gov as a service-disabled veteran-owned small business set-aside, with four offers received. Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity (N00189-21-D-G001).

      EMR Inc., Niceville, FL is awarded firm-fixed-price task order N69450-21-F-1409 at $13,968,592 under a multiple award construction contract for the munition storage area utilities project at Barksdale Air Force Base, LA. Work will be performed in Bossier City, LA. Two proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Southeast, Jacksonville, FL is the contracting activity (N69450-18-D-1318).

      LPI Technical Services, Chesapeake, VA (N64498-21-D-4001); Continental Tide Defense Systems Inc., Reading, PA (N64498-21-D-4002); Amee Bay LLC, Hanahan, SC (N64498-21-D-4003); and NDI Engineering Co., Thorofare, NJ (N64498-21-D-4004), are each awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee, infinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts for the engineering and technical support for surface ship and submarine electrical power generation and propulsion for hull, mechanical, and electrical systems and equipment. The contract awards listed above are not to exceed a program value and combined total of $83,230,713. Work will be performed at various locations throughout the world. In accordance with 10 U.S. Code 2304(a), these contracts were competed as a total small business set aside via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with six offers received. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division, Philadelphia, PA is the contracting activity.

      Cherokee Nation Management and Consulting LLC, Catoosa, OK is awarded an $80,943,352 firm-fixed-price, time-and-materials contract for a two-month phase-in period and a 10-month base period with two 12-month option periods for logistics services to manage, support and operate the Marine Corps Consolidated Storage Program warehouse network. Work will be performed in Barstow, CA (23%); Camp Lejeune, NC (18%); Camp Pendleton, CA (13%); Okinawa, Japan (10%); Miramar, CA (9%) and other locations. This contract was competitively solicited via beta.sam.gov with seven proposals received. The Marine Corps Logistics Command, Albany, GA is the contracting activity (M67004-21-C-0001).

      Marine Group Boat Works LLC, Chula Vista, CA is awarded a $48,717,886 firm-fixed-price modification to previously awarded contract N00024-18-C-2223 in support of the government of Jordan for two 37-meter patrol boats, communications equipment and other technical assistance. In accordance with 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c) (4), this contract was not competitively procured: International Agreement. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

      IE Pacific Inc., Escondido, CA is awarded firm-fixed-price task order N62473-20-F-5102 for $8,123,000 under a multiple award construction contract for repair of a bachelors enlisted quarters (BEQ) and repair of water channel at Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, VA. Four proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Southwest, San Diego, CA is the contracting activity (N62473-17-D-4628).

ARMY

     Hydrogeologic Inc., Reston, VA (W9128F-21-D-0006); Cape Environmental Management Inc., Norcross, GA (W9128F-21-D-0007); Environmental Chemical Corp., Burlingame, CA (W9128F-21-D-0008); Bhate Environmental Associates Inc., Birmingham, AL (W9128F-21-D-0009); Bay West-Ahtna JV LLC, Saint Paul, MN (W9128F-21-D-0010); Bristol Environmental Remediation Services LLC, Anchorage, AK (W9128F-21-D-0011); Kemron Environmental Services Inc., Atlanta, GA (W9128F-21-D-0012); and North Wind-CDM JV LLC, Idaho Falls, ID (W9128F-21-D-0013), will compete for each order of the $176,250,000 hybrid (cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price) contract for environmental remediation projects. Bids were solicited via the internet with 21 received. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha, NE, is the contracting activity.

      LOC Performance, Plymouth, MI was awarded a $76,078,977 firm-fixed-price contract for Bradley engineering change kits, spare parts kits and heavy-duty lifting slings. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Detroit Arsenal, MI is the contracting activity (W56HZV-21-F-0034).

MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY

     ARES Technical Services Corp., Burlingame, CA is being awarded a $51,962,387 competitive cost-plus-fixed-fee, level-of-effort contract with a three-year base value of $21,651,531 and two one-year options for Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS) - Next Safety advisory and assistance services. The work will be performed in locations in AK, AL, CA, HI, NM and VA. This contract was competitively procured via publication on the beta.SAM.gov website with three proposals received. The Missile Defense Agency, Huntsville, AL is the contracting activity (HQ0858-21-C-0011).
