3610 extended
Gov’t funded thru Dec. 11
Congress approved, and President Trump signed, a Continuing Resolution to fund the government until Dec. 11. The CR also extends Sect. 3610 of the CARES Act to that date. The provision allows federal contractors to be reimbursed for maintaining "a ready state" during the pandemic through Dec. 11. Vendors are being urged to apply for the 3610 reimbursements quickly as funding may be limited.
