NAVY

     G-W Management Services LLC, Rockville, MD (N40080-17-D-0022); Desbuild Inc., Hyattsville, MD (N40080-17-D-0023); CFM/Severn JV, Millersville, MD (N40080-17-D-0025); Ocean Construction Services Inc., Virginia Beach, VA (N40080-17-D-0026); CER Inc., Baltimore, MD (N40080-17-D-0027); and Tidewater Inc., Elkridge, MD (N40080-17-D-0028), are being awarded a combined total value of a $33,000,000 Option Year Two under a firm-fixed-price multiple award contract for design and construction services within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Washington Integrated Product Team (IPT) Gold area of responsibility (AOR). The total contract amount after exercise of this option will be $99,000,000. Work will be performed primarily within DC (40%), VA (40%) and MD (20%). The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Washington, DC is the contracting activity.

      Delphinus Engineering Inc., Eddystone, PA (N64498-19-D-4038); NDI Engineering Co., Thorofare, NJ (N64498-19-D-4039); QED Systems Inc., Virginia Beach, VA (N64498-19-D-4040); LPI Technical Services Inc., Chesapeake, VA (N64498-19-D-4041); Continental Tide Defense Systems Inc., Reading, PA (N64498-19-D-4042); Tecnico Corp., Virginia Beach, VA (N64498-19-D-4043); and Epsilon Systems Solutions Inc., Portsmouth, VA (N64498-19-D-4044), were each awarded a cost-plus-fixed-fee IDIQ contract with firm-fixed-priced ordering provisions for engineering and technical services to support Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division’s (NSWCPD), Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) modernization programs. The following contracts were awarded:
Delphinus, $62,366,080;
NDI, $55,325;
QED, $50,780,791
; LPI, $58,966,325;
Continental Tide, $62,697,337;
Tecnico, $56,143,802; and
Epsilon, $59,386,372.
Work will be performed at various Navy locations in the continental U.S. and overseas. These contracts were competitively procured via Federal Business Opportunities website as a total small business set-aside, with seven offers received. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia, PA is the contracting activity. (Awarded Sept. 27, 2019)

      Carolina Growler Inc., Star, NC is being awarded a $44,366,774 five-year, firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract (M67854-19-D-0013) to modify the M870A2-S Medium Heavy Equipment Transporter (MHET), to be capable of on/off-road line-haul transportation of equipment, supplies, and current Marine Corps engineering vehicles and equipment with payloads up to 40 tons in all terrain environments under the portfolio management of Program Executive Officer Land Systems, Quantico, VA. This contract award was competitively procured as a total small business set-aside in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.502-2(b) with two offers received. The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, VA is the contracting activity (M67854-19-D-0013).

      Islands Mechanical Contractor Inc., Middleburg, FL is being awarded a $10,850,038 firm-fixed-price task order (N6945019F1007) under a multiple award construction contract for the design and construction of a consolidated fire station at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay. Work will be performed in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Two proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southeast, Jacksonville, FL is the contracting activity (N69450-18-D-1313).

      Asturian-Consigli JV LLC, Virginia Beach, VA is awarded firm-fixed-price task order N4008519F7139 at $25,737,473 under a small business, design build/design bid build general construction multiple award construction contract for the envelope repair of Buildings 261 and 1539 at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. Work will be performed in Portsmouth, VA. Two proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity (N40085-18-D-1124).

      Chugach Consolidated Solutions LLC, Anchorage, AK (N62473-19-D-4427); TerraNul, LLC, Pembroke Pines, FL (N62473-19-D-4428); King and George LLC, Fort Worth, TX (N62473-19-D-4429); and Miramar International Group Inc., Riverside, IL (N62473-19-D-4430), are each awarded an IDIQ multiple award service contract for facility support and maintenance services at various reserve centers primarily located in CA (91%) and AZ (5%). The maximum dollar value including the base and four option periods (60 months) for all four contracts combined is $25,000,000. Chugach is awarded the initial task order (seed project) at $3,049,161 for facility support and maintenance services at various Marine Corps Reserve training centers (Pasadena, Concord, San Bruno, and Pico Rivera) in CA. This contract was competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website with five proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southwest, San Diego, CA is the contracting activity.

ARMY

     Ahntech Inc., Mountain View, CA was awarded an $11,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for preventative and demand maintenance at Department of Defense Education Activity schools. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity (W91236-19-D-0026).

      BryMak Eagle Pro LLC, Clarksville, TN was awarded an $11,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for preventative and demand maintenance at Department of Defense Education Activity schools. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity (W91236-19-D-0025).
