Do you know your supplier risk scores?
The Defense Dept. recently published a final rule requiring contracting officers to review an offeror’s supplier risk score--from the SPRS database--when considering a bid. Attorneys are now urging contractors to regularly check their risk scores. See this issue's Column for more details.
