NAVY

     Spectranetix Inc., Sunnyvale, California, is awarded a $9,049,716 modification (P00001) to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N00014-22-C-1021) for the effort entitled "Modular Open Suite of Standards/Sensor Open Systems Architecture Node Based Resilient Networking and Electronics Warfare Orchestration at the Edge." This contract provides for the development, integration and demonstration of a Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Modular Open Suite of Standards (CMOSS) / Sensor Open Systems Architecture (SOSA) aligned implementation of the Navy's Enabling Dynamic Operational Radio Frequency. Additionally, the contractor will build Electronic Warfare Operating Kit (EWOK) enabled CMOSS/SOSA sensor nodes. This modification will increase the total contract value to $18,203,211. The Office of Naval Research, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

      Silver Ships Inc., Theodore, Alabama, is awarded a $7,814,630 firm-fixed-price modification to previously-awarded contract N00024-23-F-2201 for the acquisition of 49 additional High Speed Maneuvering Surface Target (HSMST) craft and accessories, 12 service manuals, 6 spare engines, and 38 sets of deployment spares. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

      Lyon Shipyard Inc., Norfolk, Virginia (N5005420D0001); BMFT JV, Chesapeake, Virginia (N5005420D0002); Colonna’s Shipyard Inc., Norfolk, Virginia (N5005420D0003); Fairlead Boatworks, Newport News, Virginia (N5005420D0004); and East Coast Repair and Fabrication, Newport News, Virginia (N5005420D0005), are awarded a modification to increase the cumulative ceiling value in the amount of $40,271,481 to the previously awarded multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts. These contracts provide messing and berthing barges support for the Navy. The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

ARMY

     Advanced Computer Learning Co. LLC, Fayetteville, North Carolina, was awarded a $46,141,321 firm-fixed-price contract for instructor/operator support services for medical simulation training. Bids were solicited via the internet with 15 received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Orlando, Florida, is the contracting activity (W900KK-23-C-0025).

      AeroVironment Inc., Simi Valley, California, was awarded an $18,861,420 modification (P00030) to contract W31P4Q-20-C-0024 for Switchblade Weapon System procurement. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.

      Conco Inc., Louisville, Kentucky, was awarded a $238,742,144 modification (P00008) to contract W15QKN-20-D-0003 for Modular Artillery Charge Systems, metal containers and assemblies. Army Contracting Command, Newark, New Jersey, is the contracting activity.

      Sevenson Environmental Services Inc., Niagara Falls, New York, was awarded a $15,824,232 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for environmental remediation and restoration of the former DuPont Chambers Works site. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in Deepwater, New Jersey. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity (W912BU-23-F-0039).

      A&A Services Baldwin Shell JV, Sherwood, Arkansas (W912JF-23-D-0001); A4 Services LLC, Cabot, Arkansas (W912JF-23-D-0002); Alessi-Keyes Construction Co., North Little Rock, Arkansas (W912JF-23-D-0003); AMERIND Inc., Little Rock, Arkansas (W912JF-23-D-0004); AVCOR Construction LLC, Heber Springs, Arkansas (W912JF-23-D-0005); FLYNCO Inc., Little Rock, Arkansas (W912JF-23-D-0006); MGC Construction Services Inc., Salisaw, Oklahoma (W912JF-23-D-0007); Wohali LLC, Fort Smith, Arkansas (W912JF-23-D-0008); and Wright Brothers LLC, Andalusia, Alabama (W912JF-23-D-0009), will compete for each order of the $10,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for maintenance, repair and construction for the Arkansas National Guard. Bids were solicited via the internet with 10 received. U.S. Property and Fiscal Office, Arkansas, is the contracting activity.

DARPA

     SecuriGence LLC, Leesburg, Virginia, has been awarded a $93,780,230 modification (P00019) to previously awarded task order HR001121F0006 for information technology multi-network support services. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the task order to $271,246,146 from $177,465,916. Work will be performed in Arlington, Virginia. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY

     Rothe Development Inc. and ARES JV, LLC (ROAR JV), San Antonio, Texas, is being awarded a competitive cost-plus-fixed-fee, level-of-effort contract. The total value of this contract is $96,314,522. Under this new contract, the contractor will provide support that includes conducting numerous cybersecurity test and risk assessment services across all Missile Defense Agency information systems (Business, Mission Support, and Warfighter), their connections and associated test events in support of Agency Security Control Assessors. The work will be performed in Huntsville, AL; Ft Belvoir, VA; and Colorado Springs, CO. This contract was competitively procured via publication on the Government wide Point of Entry website SAM.gov with six proposals received. The Missile Defense Agency, Huntsville, Alabama, is the contracting activity (HQ0858-23-C-0003).
