ARMY

      Beshenich Muir and Associates LLC, Leavenworth, KS was awarded a $200,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract to provide instructor, training support and training development services.      Carter's Contracting Services Inc., Andalusia, AL was awarded a $30,000,000 fixed-price-award-fee contract for disposal area management and levee maintenance for the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway, Apalachicola, Chatta-hoochee and Flint River System in AL, GA and FL. Bids were solicited via the Internet with four received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile, AL is the contracting activity (W91278-17-D-0064).

     Federal Resources Supply Co., Stevensville, MD was awarded a $15,194,881 modification (0008) to contract W56HZV-15-D-0015 for urban operation platoon set, consisting of high technology equipment, which provide military personnel with enhanced capabilities to perform missions on complex or urbanized terrain. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Warren, MI is the contracting activity.

     Bethel Federal – UNIT JV, Anchorage, AK was awarded a $37,260,400 firm-fixed-price contract to construct a four-bay aircraft hangar, propulsion maintenance, and corrosion control dispatch facility. Bids were solicited via the Internet with three received. Work will be performed in Eielson Air Force Base, AK. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Elmendorf Air Force Base, AK is the contracting activity (W911KB-17-C-0022).

     HHRBI JV, Tooele, UT (W912BV-17-D-0005); and Terra Construction Inc., Oklahoma City, OK (W912BV-17-D-0006), will share in a $25,000,000 firm-fixed-priced contract for construction services within U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Southwestern Division boundaries. Bids were solicited via the Internet with nine received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa, OK is the contracting activity.

NAVY

     Spalding Consulting Inc., Lexington Park, MD is being awarded a $59,332,822 cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-reimbursable contract for services in support of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division’s Ship and Air Integrated Warfare Division. Work will be performed in St. Inigoes, MD. This contract was competitively procured via an electronic request for proposals; two offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD is the contracting activity (N00421-17-D-0035).

     NAVMAR Applied Sciences Corp., Warminster, PA is being awarded $12,527,206 for cost-plus-fixed-fee delivery order N6833517F0118 against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N68335-14-G-0040) to provide engineering, sensor and surveillance services to the deployed warfighter that can be integrated into existing naval platforms to support the Special Operations Command’s Special Surveillance Program activities. These efforts are in support of Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) Phase III work. Work will be performed in Tampa, FL (20%); Yuma, AZ (20%); and other locations in FL, MD, NJ, OK and PA. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ is the contracting activity.

     Frontier Electronic Systems Corp., Stillwater, OK is being awarded a $72,935,748 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the production of the AN/SPQ-14 Advanced Sensor Distribution System (ASDS) and the AN/SPQ-15 Data Distribution System (DDS), to include logistics support and engineering services. This contract combines purchases for the Navy (85%); and the governments of Japan (10%), and South Korea (5%), under the Foreign Military Sales program. This contract was not competitively procured, in accordance with 10 U.S. Code § 2304(c)(1) - one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, VA is the contracting activity (N00178-17-D-0026).

DEFENSE THREAT REDUCTION AGENCY

     Chimera Enterprises International Inc., Edgewood, MD was awarded a cost-plus-fixed-fee, single award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (HDTRA117D0002) with a five-year ordering period and a contract maximum of $45,000,000 for advisory and assistance services (A&AS). Work will be performed at Fort Belvoir, VA. This contract was competed as a total small business set-aside acquisition and six offers were received. DTRA-HQ, Fort Belvoir, VA is the contracting activity.

DLA

     Fort Defiance Industries, Loudon, TN has been awarded a maximum $47,000,000 fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for hospital equipment and accessories for the Defense Logistics Agency electronic catalog. This was a competitive acquisition with 22 responses received. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA (SPE2DH-17-D-0018).
