NAVY

      Systems Engineering Associates Corp. (SEA CORP), Middletown, RI is awarded a $26,643,618 cost-plus-fixed-fee and cost-only contract for services to develop, upgrade and apply the Extensible Markup Language Test Data Analysis Tool (XTDAS). Work will be performed in Middletown (55%); Newport, RI (25%); Port Canaveral, FL (5%); Andros Island, Bahamas (5%) and other locations. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 2304(b)(2) because the SEA Corp. developed the XTDAS under the SBIR program and its continued performance constitutes an SBIR Phase III contract. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, Newport, RI is the contracting activity (N66604-20-D-L000).

      ENCANTO Facility Services 2 LLC, El Paso, TX (N69450-20-D-0036); Bristol Prime Construction LLC, Anchorage, AK (N69450-20-D-0037); MIK Construction Inc., Dallas, TX (N69450-20-D-0038); WEIL Construction Inc., Alvarado, TX (N69450-20-D-0040); and VELIZ Construction LLC, El Paso, TX (N69450-20-D-0041) are awarded $49,000,000 for a design-bid-build IDIQ multiple award construction contract for construction projects located at the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base, Fort Worth, TX. All work will be performed in TX. ENCANTO Facility Services 2 LLC is awarded the initial task order of $907,847 for the renovation of Building 1428. The maximum dollar value for the five-year ordering period for all five contracts is a combined $49,000,000. This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website and 17 proposals were received. The NAVFAC SE, Jacksonville, FL is the contracting activity.

ARMY

      Novavax Inc., Gaithersburg, MD was awarded a $21,952,384 cost-no-fee contract for the development and production of the Novavax nanoparticle vaccine against COVID-19. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD is the contracting activity (W911QY-20-C-0077). (Awarded June 4, 2020)

      Ocean Construction Services Inc., Virginia Beach, VA was awarded a $9,492,405 firm-fixed-price contract for road repairs at Arlington National Cemetery. Bids were solicited via the internet with 11 received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity (W91236-20-C-0019)

      Baskerville-Donovan Inc., Mobile, AL (W91278-20-D-0028) is a small business among the companies that will compete for each order of the $34,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for architect and engineering services to support the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, South Atlantic Division Mobile District's Horizontal Design Program. Bids were solicited via the internet with 26 received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile, AL is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

      Trident Systems Inc., Fairfax, VA has been awarded a $35,000,000 maximum ordering amount IDIQ cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price contract for Secure Collaborative Technology (SCTECH) software and hardware. It will utilize new SBIR technologies to provide new capabilities which are secure and provide access between multiple levels of security domains and bridge between different chat protocols. Work will be performed in Fairfax, VA and Morrisville, NC. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition under the SBIR program. Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome, NY is the contracting activity (FA8750-20-D-0600).

DLA

      Janz Corp., Reynoldsburg, OH has been awarded a maximum $45,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for surgical lasers, tables and their related accessories. This was a competitive acquisition with 105 responses received. This is a five-year contract with no option periods. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA (SPE2D1-20-D-0010).

      Outdoor Venture Corp., Stearns, KY has been awarded a maximum $9,696,612 firm-fixed-priced IDIQ contract for military standard Temper tents. This was a competitive acquisition with two responses received. This is a one-year base contract with four, one-year option periods. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA (SPE1C1-20-D-1249).

      Middle Atlantic Wholesale Lumber Inc., Baltimore, MD (SPE8E6-20-D-0016); Progressive Services Corp., Beaverton, OR (SPE8E6-20-D-0017); S&S Forest Products LLC, Boerne, TX (SPE8E6-20-D-0018); and Sylvan Forest Products LLC, Portland, OR (SPE8E6-20-D-0019) are sharing a maximum $16,800,000 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract under solicitation SPE8E6-20-R-0002 for lumber, millwork and plywood for the Wood Products Tailored Logistics Support Program, East Region. This was a competitive acquisition with seven responses received. These are two-year base contracts with three one-year option periods. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA.
