      Compliance Corp., Lexington Park, MD is awarded a $39,063,181 IDIQ contract for services in support of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division's Engineering, Prototyping, and Fabrication Department. Work will be performed in St. Inigoes, MD (95%); and Lexington Park, MD (5%). This contract was competitively procured via an electronic request for proposals as a 100% small business set-aside; one offer was received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD is the contracting activity (N00019-19-D-0043).

      CER Inc., Baltimore, MD (N40080-18-D-0016); EGI HSU JV LLC, Gaithersburg, MD (N40080-18-D-0017); G-W Management Services LLC, Rockville, MD (N40080-18-D-0018); Huang-Gaghan JV Inc., Alexandria, VA (N40080-18-D-0019); Kunj Construction Corp., Mechanicsville, VA (N40080-18-D-0020); and Ocean Construction Services Inc., Virginia Beach, VA (N40080-18-D-0021), are awarded Option One under a previously awarded, firm-fixed-price, multiple award construction contract for construction projects located primarily within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Washington, DC area of operations. The combined total value of all six contractors is $49,500,000. After award of this option, the total cumulative contract value will be $99,000,000. NAVFAC Washington, Washington, DC, is the contracting activity.

      Thoma-Sea Marine Constructors LLC, Lockport, LA is awarded an $11,638,510 firm-fixed-price contract for the purchase and conversion of one existing offshore supply vessel into an Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center range support vessel (ARSV). This contract was competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with one offer received. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, DC is the contracting activity (N00024-19-C-2205).

      Diversified Maintenance Systems Inc., Sandy, UT is awarded a maximum amount $10,000,000 IDIQ contract for other specialty trade contractors for construction alterations, renovations, and repair projects at Naval Air Facility El Centro, CA. This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with seven proposals received. NAVFAC Southwest, San Diego, CA is the contracting activity (N62473-19-D-2623).

      Computer Systems Center Inc., Springfield, VA is awarded a $7,474,901 IDIQ contract to perform up to 51,180 hours of concept and requirements development and system engineering services for the F-35 Lightning II Offboard Mission Support Integrated Product Team. Work will be performed in Springfield, VA (60%); China Lake, CA (20%); Arlington, VA (10%); and Fort Worth, TX (10%). This contract combines purchases for the Navy ($4,858,686; 65%); and the Foreign Military Sales customers ($2,616,215; 35%). This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. ARMY

      Aura Technologies LLC, Raleigh, North Carolina, was awarded a $49,997,256 hybrid (cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price) contract for Small Business Innovation Research in support of advanced manufacturing environments. One bid was solicited with one bid received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD is the contracting activity (W911NF-19-D-0004).

      Howard W. Pence Inc., Elizabethtown, KY was awarded an $8,825,159 firm-fixed-price contract for the construction of a Special Operations Forces air-and-ground integration urban live fire range. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work will be performed in Fort Campbell, KY. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville, KY is the contracting activity (W91Q2R-19-C-0017).

      Caelum Research Corp., Rockville, MD was awarded a $22,639,066 hybrid (cost-no-fee and firm-fixed-price) contract for data and information management support services. Twenty five bids were solicited with three bids received. Work will be performed in Huntsville, AL. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, AL is the contracting activity (W31P4Q-19-F-0324).

      Sentar Inc., Huntsville, AL was awarded a $10,426,896 hybrid (cost-no-fee and firm-fixed-price) contract for cyber security and information management support services.
