The maximum dollar value including the base period and four option years for all five contracts combined is $99,000,000. This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with 15 proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest, San Diego, CA is the contracting activity.

Laguna Components, Laguna Beach, CA (N68936-16-D-0030); Archer Technologies, Shawnee, OK (N68936-16-D-0031); Impact Components, San Diego, CA (N68936-16-D-0032); and Space Vector Corp., Chatsworth, CA (N68936-16-D-0033) each were awarded firm-fixed-price IDIQ contracts for various electronic components used in the manufacturing of airborne telemetry and instrumentation systems that are part of various guided weapons delivered to the Fleet. These contracts were competitively procured via an electronic request for proposals as a 100% small business set-aside; 7 offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA is the contracting activity.

Kent Optronics Inc., Hopewell Junction, NY is being awarded a $47,600,000 Small Business Innovation Research Phase III, firm-fixed-price, basic ordering agreement for wide field-of-view night vision systems, retrofits, and data. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, IN is the contracting activity (N00164-16-G-JQ15).

Makers Architecture and Urban Design LLP, Seattle, WA is being awarded a maximum amount $15,000,000 firm-fixed-price IDIQ architect-engineering contract for architectural projects located primarily within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) NW area of responsibility. This contract was competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with two proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, NW, Silverdale, WA is the contracting activity (N44255-16-D-2000).

Construction Development Services Inc., Norfolk, VA is being awarded $7,608,310 for firm-fixed-price task order 0014 under a previously awarded, multiple award construction contract (N40085-14-D-8153) for the renovation of Child Care Development Center, Supply Depot Annex, Buildings SDA 332 and SDA 332A. Four proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity.

C & N Universe Inc., National City, CA is being awarded a $7,532,268 hybrid, firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed fee, and cost reimbursement contract modification to a previously awarded contract (N55236-14-C-0006) to exercise an option for the accomplishment of the organizational level maintenance and repairs and operational support services for the commander, Pacific Fleet Berthing and Messing Barge Program. Work will be performed primarily in San Diego, CA (31%); Puget Sound, WA (29%); and Pearl Harbor, HI (22%). This requirement was a Small Business Administration Section 8(a) set-aside competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with three offers received. The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center, San Diego, CA, is the contracting activity.

ARMY

Datron World Communications Inc., Vista, CA was awarded a $13,430,907 firm-fixed-price, foreign military sales contract (Afghanistan) for radios and spare parts. One bid was solicited with one received. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen, MD is the contracting activity (W91CRB-16-C-5018).

Southern Federal LLC, Columbus, GA was awarded a $7,618,845 firm-fixed-price contract for municipal services for 63d Army Regional Support Command Region 3 (Texas). Bids were solicited via the Internet with three received. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock, AR is the contracting activity (W9127S-16-D-0013).

Logicore, Huntsville, AL was awarded a $16,349,623 modification (000714) to contract W31P4Q-09-A-0010 for logistics support to Headquarters, Army Materiel Command. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, AL is the contracting activity.

Aerial Machine and Tools Corp., Meadows of Dan, VA was awarded a $7,999,620 firm-fixed-price contract for 4500 Generation 3 primary survival gear carriers, 4500 universal holsters, 4500 body armor shells and 3280 body armor overlays. Bids were solicited via the Internet with two received. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, AL is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-16-F-0004).
