Fast pay at 4 departments

      Four federal agencies have issued class deviations, in advance of official FAR regulations, that allow contracting officers to make accelerated payments to contracts within 15 days of invoicing, according to Wilson Sonsini law firm. The four agencies are HHS, DHS, Treasury, and GSA.
