NAVY

     Bowman, Foster & Associates, Norfolk, VA is awarded a $15,000,000 firm-fixed-price IDIQ architect-engineering contract for mechanical and electrical architect-engineering services for projects located primarily at Naval Station Norfolk, VA; and Naval Support Activity, Hampton Roads, VA. Initial task order is being awarded $170,471 for design and engineering of boiler replacement at Navy Medical Center, Portsmouth, VA. This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, and 16 proposals were received.       Joyce & Associates Construction Inc., Newport, NC is awarded an $8,145,647 firm-fixed-price task order (N40085-20-F-5204) under a multiple award construction contract for the replacement of Vacuum Test Chamber Building 137, Marine Corp Air Station, Cherry Point, NC. Work will be performed in Havelock, NC. Four proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity (N40085-16-D-6302).

      Cape Environmental Management Inc., Honolulu, HI is awarded an $11,674,808 cost-plus-award-fee task order N62473-20-F-4678 under a single-award small business environmental remedial action contract for removal actions and environmental restoration activities at installation restoration and munition response sites at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, San Diego, CA. One proposal was received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest, San Diego, CA is the contracting activity (N62742-16-D-1807).

ARMY

      Sustainable Design Consortium Inc., Baltimore, MD (W911SA-20-D-2008); AC Lopez Construction Inc., Oceanside, CA (W911SA-20-D-2009); MIK Construction Inc., Whittier, CA (W911SA-20-D-2010); Souza Construction Inc., Farmersville, CA (W911SA-20-D-2011); and Site Work Solutions, Denver, CO (W911SA-20-D-2012), will compete for each order of the $25,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract to provide all parts, labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to perform design-build projects for the 63rd Readiness Division, Mountain View, CA. Bids were solicited via the internet with nine received. The 419th Contracting Support Brigade, Fort McCoy, WI is the contracting activity.

      Thomas Instrument Inc., Brookshire, TX was awarded an $8,788,301 firm-fixed-price contract for maintenance and overhaul of UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters. Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, AL is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-20-F-0368).

      AeroVironment Inc, Simi Valley, CA was awarded a $75,930,901 hybrid (cost-no-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price) contract to procure the Switchblade Weapon System. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in Simi Valley, CA with an estimated completion date of April 29, 2023. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, AL is the contracting activity (W31P4Q-20-C-0024).

      Royal Food Service Co., Atlanta, GA has been awarded a maximum $465,000,000 fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment IDIQ contract for fresh fruits and vegetables. This was a competitive acquisition with three responses received. The contracting agency is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA (SPE300-20-D-P353).

      Emergent LLC, Virginia Beach, VA has been awarded a maximum $13,787,428 firm-fixed-price task order (SP4701-20-F-0075) against a five-year base contract (SP4701-20-Q-0030) with one five-year option period for Oracle software licenses and maintenance renewal. This was a competitive acquisition with three responses received. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Contracting Services Office, Philadelphia, PA.

      Extra Packaging LLC, Boca Raton, FL has been awarded a maximum $7,562,500 modification (P00005) exercising the first 20-month option period and second 20-month option period simultaneously of a 20-month base contract (SPE2DS-19-D-0082) with two 20-month option periods for human remains pouches. This is a firm-fixed price IDIQ contract. Locations of performance are TX and FL. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA.

      SupplyCore Inc., Rockford, IL has been awarded a maximum $60,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for facilities maintenance, repair and operations items. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. Locations of performance are IL and AK. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA (SPE8E3-20-D-0011).

MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY

      Davidson Technologies, Huntsville, AL is being awarded a modification in the amount of $20,696,405 to previously awarded IDIQ contract HQ0147-19-D-0004. The contract value is increased from $2,437,491 to $23,133,896. The original award was made under Special Topic Broad Agency Announcement HQ0147-17-S-0002 posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website. Twenty-six white papers were received in response to the BAA, from which 7 were selected and invited to submit proposals. This original award results from one of seven proposals received. The Missile Defense Agency, Redstone Arsenal, AL is the contracting activity.
