GSA allows non-TAA items

The General Services Administration is temporarily suspending the requirement for certain items sold on the Multiple-Award Schedules to comply with the Trade Agreements Act.

The GSA said the exception was made because some products are in very short supply during the COVID-19 pandemic. The exception allowing non-TAA compliant products applies to N95 masks, bleach, and various cleaners, sprays, wipes, disinfectants and soaps.
