      Mikel Inc., Middletown, RI is awarded a $41,033,672 cost-plus-fixed-fee, five-year IDIQ contract (N66604-20-D-H001) on a sole-source basis to provide engineering services and other direct costs. The locations of performance include Newport and Middletown, RI; HI: Niantic, CT; Patuxent River, MD; and Washington, DC. This contract was solicited on a sole-source basis in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(5), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-5. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, Newport, RI is the contracting activity.

      Landscape Management Systems Inc., Tumon, GU is awarded $25,000,000 for an IDIQ contract for environmental services to handle hazardous waste, hazardous material, other regulated waste and spill response at Joint Region Marianas (JRM). Initial task order is $1,940,318. This contract was competitively procured, with two proposals received. The NAVFAC- Marianas, GU is the contracting activity (N40192-20-D-1800).

DLA

      Aurora Industries, Camuy, PR, has been awarded a maximum $86,365,000 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for face masks. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1). The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA (SPE1C1-20-D-0087).
