NAVY

      CB Tech Services Inc., Honolulu, HI (N32253-20-D-0006); Coastal Marine Services Inc., San Diego, CA (N32253-20-D-0007); Sitta, Paige and Associates Inc., National City, CA (N32253-20-D-0005); and Pacific Shipyards International, Honolulu, HI (N32253-20-D-0008) are awarded $13,000,000 for a multiple award IDIQ contract with firm-fixed-price pricing for the procurement of interior decking commercial industrial services at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, HI. The maximum ceiling value for all four contracts is $13,000,000. This contract was competitively procured with five offers received via the FBO website.       Management Services Group Inc., doing business as Global Technical Systems, Virginia Beach, VA is awarded a $110,242,536 firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee and cost-only contract for Network, Processing, and Storage Technical Insertion 16, Modification 1 production equipment. If the options of this contract are exercised, the cumulative value of this contract will be $782,169,297. This contract was competitively procured via the FBO website, with three offers received.       Gulf Island Shipyards LLC, Houma, LA is awarded a $129,925,080 firm-fixed-price modification to previously awarded contract N00024-18-C-2207 to exercise options for the construction of two additional towing, salvage and rescue ships and for the performance of unique item identification. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, DC is the contracting activity.

     Poly Inc., Dothan, AL (W912DY-20-D-0064); and Water Resource Associates LLC, Tampa, FL (W912DY-20-D-0069) are the small businesses among the companies that will compete for each order of the $18,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract to provide architect and engineering design services in support of the Range and Training Land Program. DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1.
