EEOC 2018 survey is open and due by May 31
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has initiated its 2018 EEO-1 Survey, which must be submitted and certified by May 31.
Federal prime contractors and first-tier subcontractors with 50 or more employees are required to fill out the survey regarding their employees’ race, ethnicity, gender and job titles.
According to PilieroMazza PLLC, data on employee pay is not due at this time.
However, a court recently ruled in favor of pay data collection, and the commission has said it is working to resolve the issue and will provide further information as soon as possible.
