NAVY

     Bahfed Corp., Portland, OR (N6893619D0011); Impact Components, a California Limited Partnership, San Diego, CA (N6893619D0012); Laguna Components Inc., Laguna Beach, CA (N6893619D0013); Pacific IC Source, Yucaipa, CA (N6893619D0014); and Vizocom ICT LLC, El Cajon, CA (N6893619D0015), are each awarded IDIQ contracts. The estimated aggregate ceiling for all contracts is $20,000,000, with the companies having an opportunity to compete for individual orders. These contracts provide for various types of commercially-available electronic components, manufactured from several different materials, in different forms, shapes, sizes, and complexity in support of the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division’s Applied Manufacturing Technology Division (Code 475000D). Work will be performed in Portland, OR (20% percent); and San Diego, Laguna Beach, Yucaipa and El Cajon, CA (each 20%). These contracts were competitively procured via a 100% small business set-aside electronic request for proposals with six offers received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA is the contracting activity.

     Coherent Technical Services Inc., Lexington Park, MD (N00421-D-0036); and Valkyrie Enterprises Inc., Virginia Beach, VA (N00421-D-0041), are the small businesses among the companies each awarded IDIQ contracts. The estimated aggregate ceiling for all contracts is $235,005,530. These contracts provide for Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems Operations Onboard Ship and Shore support services for the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) - Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems Division (NAWCAD 4.11.7). Work will be performed in St. Inigoes, MD (20%); and at various contractor locations within the continental U.S. (80%). These contracts were competitively procured via an electronic request for proposals, with seven offers received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD is the contracting activity.

     Diversified Maintenance Systems, Sandy, UT is awarded a maximum amount $49,000,000 IDIQ contract for commercial and institutional building construction alterations, renovations, and repair projects at Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake, CA. Work will be performed in Ridgecrest, CA. This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with eight proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest, San Diego, CA is the contracting activity (N62473-19-D-2612).

     Vadum Inc., Raleigh, NC is awarded a $9,413,901 cost-plus-fixed-fee, level of effort, research and development contract with a five-year period of performance, to procure engineering support services to support the Reactive Electronic Attack Measures project. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1) - only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Crane, IN is the contracting activity (N00164-19-C-WS30).

      Su-Mo Builders Inc., Honolulu, HI is awarded $9,989,777 for firm-fixed-price task order N6247819F4051 under a previously awarded, multiple award construction contract (N62478-18-D-4023) to provide repair to the mess hall and replace the walk-in freezer and cooling systems at Building 1089, Marine Corps Base, HI. Work will be performed in Kaneohe, HI. Six proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Hawaii, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI is the contracting activity.

ARMY

     Tiber Creek Consulting Inc., Fairfax, VA was awarded a $33,549,985 firm-fixed-price contract for mission essential core information system for operations and sustainment with periodic modernization life cycle phases. Bids were solicited via the internet with eight received. U.S. Army Health Contracting Activity, San Antonio, TX is the contracting activity (W81K04-19-D-0007).

     Osborn Consulting / MGE Engineering / Natural System, Bellevue, WA was awarded a $10,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for miscellaneous water resource civil works engineering, design, and engineering. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle, WA is the contracting activity (W912DW-19-D-1011).

     T&H Services LLC, Juneau, AK was awarded a $26,468,671 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for base operations support services. Bids were solicited via the internet with six received. Work will be performed in Fort Carson, CO, U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Carson, CO is the contracting activity (W911RZ-19-C-0002).

     Phylway Construction LLC, Thibodaux, LA was awarded a $48,654,095 firm-fixed-price contract for Mississippi River levee construction. Bids were solicited via the internet with six received. Work will be performed in New Orleans, LA. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans, LA is the contracting activity (W912P8-19-C-0015).

AIR FORCE

     Nimbis Services Inc., Oro Valley, AZ has been awarded a ceiling increase of $49,500,000 to their IDIQ contract with cost-plus-fixed-fee task orders for research and development to support initial operational capability of a novel microelectronics life-cycle verification ecosystem to enhance microelectronics supply chain risk management. Work will be performed in Columbus, OH. Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH is the contracting activity.
