      Ahtna-CDM JV, Irvine, CA (N62473-20-D-0034); Heffler Contracting Group, El Cajon, CA (N62473-20-D-0035); Patricia I. Romero Inc., doing business as Pacific West Builders, National City, CA (N62473-20-D-0036); Bristol Design Build Services LLC, Anchorage, AK (N62473-20-D-0037); Dimensions Construction, San Diego, CA (N62473-20-D-0038); and PacWest Construction and Engineering, Temecula, CA (N62473-20-D-0039) are each being awarded an IDIQ multiple award construction contract small business set-aside for commercial and institutional building alterations, repairs, renovations and new construction projects at various government installations within Naval Bases San Diego, Coronado, Point Loma and Marine Corps Air Station, Miramar. The maximum dollar value including the two-year base period and one three-year option period for all six contracts combined is $99,999,000.       Childs Engineering Corp., Bellingham, MA is awarded a firm-fixed-price IDIQ architect-engineering contract with a maximum amount of $15,000,000 for underwater and above-water inspection, material condition assessment, engineering and design services in support of sustainment, restoration and modernization and military construction projects at government facilities at various locations including FL (15%); CT (10%); GA (10%); MA (10%); ME (10%); NH (10%); NJ (10%); PA (10%); and RI (10%). This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website and Federal Business Opportunities website with five proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center, Port Hueneme, CA is the contracting activity (N39430-20-D-2207).

      Marine Solutions Inc., Nicholasville, KY is awarded a firm-fixed-price IDIQ architect-engineering contract with a maximum amount of $15,000,000 for underwater and above water inspection, material condition assessment, engineering and design services in support of sustainment, restoration and modernization and military construction projects at government facilities in the Mid-Atlantic region, including MD (40%); VA (40%); and DC (20%). This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website and Federal Business Opportunities website with five proposals received.       Appledore Marine Engineering LLC, Portsmouth, NH is awarded a firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract with a maximum amount of $15,000,000 for underwater and above water inspection, material condition assessment, engineering and design services in support of sustainment, restoration and modernization and military construction projects at government facilities at various locations in the Pacific NY region, including WA (80%); AK and American Pacific territories (18%); and OR (2%). This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website and Federal Business Opportunities website with seven proposals received. ARMY

     313 Industries Inc., Warren, MI (W56HZV-20-D-L001); Mettle Craft Manufacturing LLC, Sterling Heights, MI (W56HZV-20-D-L002); Milton Manufacturing Inc., Detroit, MI (W56HZV-20-D-L003); and Rose-A-Lee Technologies Inc., Sterling Heights, MI (W56HZV-20-D-L004), will compete for each order of the $19,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract to provide surge support for build-to-print component requirements through fabrication and manufacturing for the Combat Capabilities Development Command Ground Vehicle System Center. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Detroit Arsenal, MI is the contracting activity.

      Canco LLC, Canton, OH was awarded a $10,050,000 firm-fixed-price contract to replace an existing fire station. Bids were solicited via the internet with seven received. Work will be performed in Mansfield, OH. The United States Property and Fiscal Office, Columbus, OH is the contracting activity (W50S8R-20-C-0003).

DARPA

     Two Six Labs LLC, Arlington, VA has been awarded a $7,970,711 modification (P00008) to previously awarded contract HR0011-18-C-0134 for additional in-scope work under a Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency research project. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Arlington, VA is the contracting activity.
