      Fleet JV LLC, Manassas, Virginia, is awarded a $278,178,452 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. This contract provides contractor support services for life cycle logistics, engineering, technical and production services for various type/model/series aircraft necessary to execute the Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers mission in support of the Naval Aviation Enterprise. Work will be performed in Jacksonville, Florida (48%); Cherry Point, North Carolina (31%); San Diego, California (5%); and various locations in the US and abroad (16%). This contract was competitively procured via an electronic request for proposal with one offer received.       CORE Engineering & Construction Inc., Winter Park, Florida (N69450-23-D-0005); Healtheon Inc., New Orleans, Louisiana (N69450-23-D-0008); Howard W. Pence Inc., Elizabethtown, Kentucky (N69450-23-D-0006); Sergent Mechanical Systems, doing business as Sergent Construction, Oxnard, California (N69450-23-D-0007); and Wright Bros LLC, Fort Walton Beach, Florida (N69450-23-D-0009), are awarded a combined $99,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, multiple award construction contract for the procurement of construction projects at Defense Dept. installations located in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southeast (NAVFAC SE) area of operations. Work will be performed in the state of Florida. This contract was competitively procured via the System for Award Management website, with 34 offers received. NAVFAC SE Jacksonville, Florida, is the contracting activity.

Systems Inc., Virginia Beach, Virginia (N00024-18-D-4338), are awarded a combined $30,000,000 in firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity modifications to the previously awarded multiple award contract for maintenance, modernization and repair requirements for littoral combat ships homeported in San Diego, California. ARMY

     P&R JV, Elizabethtown, Kentucky, was awarded a $26,096,467 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a target training structure. Bids were solicited via the internet with six received. Work will be performed at Fort Knox, Kentucky. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville, Kentucky, is the contracting activity (W912QR-23-C-0005).

      R. Lopez de Azua & Associates Inc., San Juan, Puerto Rico (W912EP-23-D-0001); Javier E Bidot & Associates PSC, Caguas, Puerto Rico (W912EP-23-D-0002); and Ruth L. Trujillo Rodriguez Professional Land Surveyors, San Juan, Puerto Rico (W912EP-23-D-0003), will compete for each order of the $30,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for architect-engineer services. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville, Florida, is the contracting activity.

      LS Marine Inc., Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, was awarded a $12,315,624 modification (P00001) to contract W912ES-22-C-0015 for construction of floodplain forests, mudflats, wetlands, duck habitat, and berms of various sizes and shapes within the Mississippi River. Work will be performed in Bay City, Wisconsin. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul, Minnesota, is the contracting activity.

      BCI Construction USA Inc., Pace, Florida, was awarded a $10,781,573 firm-fixed-price contract for a new hydraulic system at Pike Island Locks and Dam. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in Wheeling, West Virginia. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity (W911WN-23-C-8000).

      Riverview Construction Associates Inc., Clifton Park, New York, was awarded a $10,552,800 firm-fixed-price contract to construct a C-130 flight simulator training facility. Bids were solicited via the internet with six received. Work will be performed in Scotia, New York. U.S. Property and Fiscal Office, New York, is the contracting activity (W50S8J-23-C-0001).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

     SupplyCore, Rockford, Illinois, has been awarded a maximum $90,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for facilities maintenance, repair and operations supplies. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This is a 456-day bridge contract with no option periods. Locations of performance are Louisiana and Texas, The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPE8E3-23-D-0010).
