Inc., North Kansas City, MO (W9128F-18-D-0015); Vincent Jones Roofing Inc., Fort Walton Beach, FL (W9128F-18-D-0016); Roofing Resources Inc., Kennett Square, PA (W9128F-18-D-0017); RJs Construction Inc., Lakewood, CO (W9128F-18-D-0018); and RBT Construction, Texarkana, TX (W9128F-18-D-0019), will share in a $49,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for facilities sustainment, modernization, and restoration roofing in the Front Range Area of Responsibility of CO and WY.      Nobis Engineering Inc., Concord, NH, has been awarded a $25,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for Elizabeth Mine Superfund Site, Strafford, VT. Bids were solicited via the Internet with two received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Concord, MA is the contracting activity (W912WJ-18-D-0001).

NAVY

     Truston Technologies Inc., Annapolis, MD (N39430-14-D-1497); Sound & Sea Technology Inc., Lynnwood, WA (N39430-14-D-1498); GPA Technologies Inc., Ventura, CA (N39430-14-D-1499); and PCCI Inc., Alexandria, VA (N39430-14-D-1500) are the small businesses among the firms being awarded a $13,500,000 firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to increase the maximum dollar value of a multiple award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide worldwide ocean engineering services. After award of this modification, the total cumulative contract value will be $112,500,000. Work will be performed at various Navy and Marine Corps facilities worldwide.      Amee Bay, Anchorage, AK (N64498-18-D-0001); NDI Engineering Co., Thorofare, NJ (N64498-18-D-0002); Orbis Sibro, Mount Pleasant, SC (N64498-18-D-0003); and Marine Systems Corp., Boston, MA (N64498-18-D-0004) are being awarded IDIQ cost-plus-fixed-fee contracts for engineering and technical support services for the hull, mechanical and electrical ship systems for Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division, Philadelphia. Work is to be completed at Norfolk, VA (30%); San Diego, CA (30%); Yokosuka, Japan (15%) and other locations. This contract was competitively procured via Federal Business Opportunities website, with seven offers received. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division, Philadelphia, PA is the contracting activity.

     Barbaricum LLC, Washington, DC (N6523618D4802) is the small business among the companies awarded a combined $182,000,000 multiple award IDIQ contract with provisions for cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price delivery/task orders for the acquisition, fielding, and logistics support of tagging, tracking, and locating electronic equipment in support of joint commands within the Defense Dept. These contracts include options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of these contracts to an estimated $200,000,000. Work will be performed worldwide. The multiple award contracts were competitively procured by full and open competition via the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center e-Commerce Central website and the Federal Business Opportunities website, with seven offers received. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic, Charleston, SC is the contracting activity.

     ASR International Corp., Hauppauge, NY is being awarded a $9,885,012 IDIQ contract for industrial engineering services and associated engineering technical services for the Industrial Production Planning Division of the Fleet Readiness Center Southeast, Jacksonville, Florida. Work will be performed in Jacksonville, FL (90%). This contract was competitively procured as a small business, set-aside via an electronic request for proposals, four offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Training Systems Division, Orlando, FL is the contracting activity (N61340-18-D-0003).

     R. A. Burch Construction Co. Inc., Ramona, CA is being awarded $27,655,431 for firm-fixed-price task order N6247318F4138 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N62473-16-D-1884) to construct an F-35 communication building and infrastructure upgrade at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, CA. Work will be performed in San Diego, CA. Seven proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest, San Diego, CA is the contracting activity.

     Hydraulics International Inc., Chatsworth, CA is being awarded a $21,702,456 fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the production of up to 130 shipboard aircraft handlers This contract was competitively procured via an electronic request for proposals, three offers were received.
