Buy Indian Act proposed rule
The Indian Health Services agency published a proposed rule to establish policies for utilizing the longstanding-but-little-used Buy Indian Act.
It would establish a Rule of Two preference for set-asides for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs), followed by a preference for Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs). Comments are due by Jan. 11.
