InBios International Inc., Seattle, WA was awarded a $9,600,000 cost contract to develop multiple immunochromatographic tests for the rapid diagnosis and detection of infectious diseases and biological warfare agents of military significance. Bids were solicited via the Internet with three received. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity, Frederick, MD is the contracting activity (W81XWH-16-D-0009).

NAVY

Surface Technologies Corp., Atlantic Beach, FL (N50054-16-D-0001), is being awarded $45,027,950; Main Industries Inc., Hampton, VA (N50054-16-D-0002), is being awarded $45,664,988; UHP Projects Inc., Newport News, VA (N50054-16-D-0003), is being awarded $57,300,220; and East Coast Repair & Fabrication LLC, Norfolk, VA (N50054-16-D-0004), is being awarded $57,806,219 in fixed-price, multiple award IDIQ contracts to provide non-skid application and removal support in support of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center, Norfolk, VA. This contract was competitively procured as a total small business set-aside via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with four offers received. Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity.

Segers Aero Corp., Fairhope, AL (N68335-16-D-0002); and Turbopower LLC, Hialeah, FL (N68335-16-D-0003), were the small businesses among the three companies are each being awarded fixed-price IDIQ multiple award contracts for T56 Series III engine depot-level repair. The aggregate, not-to-exceed amount for these multiple award contracts is $157,075,454. These contracts were solicited via a multiple award request for proposals and four offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ is the contracting activity.

ARGO Systems LLC, Hanover, MD is being awarded an IDIQ contract with a maximum amount of $90,000,000 for critical power support services at various government installations worldwide. This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website with three proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center, Port Hueneme, CA is the contracting activity (N39430-16-D-1813).

SEDNA Digital Solutions LLC, Manassas, VA is being awarded an $11,713,761 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-13-C-6272 to exercise an option for engineering and technical services for high fidelity simulation/stimulation and common processing system software development, and single port array controller asynchronous transfer mode cards. This effort is the result of Small Business Innovation Research topic number N05-059. The Naval Sea Systems Command, DC is the contracting activity.

Cortana Corp., Falls Church, VA is being awarded a $9,690,321 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the development of hydrodynamic analysis tools in support of the creation of an end-to-end simulation suite for the Advanced Special Applications Program. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to the 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1). The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ is the contracting activity (N68335-16-C-0004).

Landscape Management Systems Inc., Tumon, GU is being awarded $8,012,895 modification under a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N40192-15-D-9008) to exercise the first option period for grounds maintenance and tree trimming services at Naval Base Guam and Andersen Air Force Base, Commander Joint Region Marianas. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Marianas, GU is the contracting activity.

Progeny Systems Corp., Manassas, VA is being awarded a $7,736,483 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-14-C-6294 to exercise an option for engineering and technical services for information assurance (IA) solutions. The Naval Sea System Command, Washington, DC is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

The LC Doane Co., Ivoryton, CT (SPE8E7-16-D-0001); and Atlantic Diving Supply Inc., doing business as ADS Inc., Virginia Beach, VA (SPE8E7-16-D-0002), will share a maximum $35,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for lighting fixtures. This was a competitive acquisition with two responses received. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA.
