Prison time for Army contractor

      A U.S. District Court Judge sentenced Bhupesh Wadhawan, former owner of Link Solutions Inc. in McLean, VA, to five years in prison for bribing an Army employee at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, to get federal contracts. He was ordered to pay $2,215,779 in restitution.

      Rainier Ramos, a civilian employee, got two years in prison in the scheme. He also must pay $33,000 and $2.2 million.
