      Asturian Group Inc., Virginia Beach, VA is being awarded $9,691,737 for firm-fixed-price task order N4008518F4124 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N40085-17-D-5045) for Building M123 repairs at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. Work will be performed in Kittery, ME.Five proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity.

      CCI Construction Services LLC, Honolulu, HI is being awarded $10,151,837 for firm-fixed-price task order N6247817F4003 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N62478-16-D-4012) for expansion of the Smart Grid Direct Digital Control (DDC) system and retro-commissioning at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. Three proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI is the contracting activity.

ARMY

     Intelligent Decisions Inc., Ashburn, VA has been awarded a $45,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract to provide brand name hardware along with brand name or equal information technology agnostic parts and accessories. Bids were solicited via the Internet with two received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville, AL is the contracting activity (W912DY-18-F-0004).

      Dawson Federal Inc., San Antonio, TX (W9126G-18-D-0007); A&H-Ambica JV LLC, Livonia, MI (W9126G-18-D-0008); and Frontier Services Inc., Kansas City, MO (W9126G-18-D-0009), will share a $45,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for repair and alterations for land ports of entry in ND and MN. Bids were solicited via the Internet with six received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth, TX is the contracting activity.

      Talbert Manufacturing, Rensselaer, IN has been awarded a $17,461,890 firm-fixed-price contract to procure M872A4 trailers and associated items in support of the Family of Heavy Tactical Vehicles. Bids were solicited via the Internet with one received. U.S. Army Contracting Command Warren, MI is the contracting activity (W56HZV-18-C-0004).

      WS Acquisition LLC, Eugene, OR was awarded a $9,774,159 firm-fixed-price contract for temporary hospital structures for Schneider Regional Medical Center, and Governor Juan F. Luis Hospital and Medical Center in the U.S. Virgin Islands. One bid was solicited with one bid received. Work will be performed in St. Thomas and U.S. Virgin Islands.      Intuitive Research and Technology Corp., Huntsville, AL has been awarded a $10,581,641 modification (0004 93) to contract W31P4Q-07-A-0015 for programmatic effort for the Lower Tier Project Office Missile Systems Independent Integration Analysis under the Amcom Express program. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, AL is the contracting activity.

      IOIE - EQM JV, San Diego, CA (W9128F-18-D-0011); Relyant Global LLC, Maryville, TN (W9128F-18-D-0012); LRS EMR JV LLC, Pasadena, MD (W9128F-18-D-0013); and Iron Mike - Bristol JVB LLC, Centennial, CO (W9128F-18-D-0014) will share in a $95,000,000 hybrid (cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price) contract for flood recovery, infrastructure recovery, emergency management and military support. Bids were solicited via the Internet with 10 received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha, NE is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

     Safe Ports Inc., Charleston, SC has been awarded a $22,102,251 hybrid fixed-price-incentive-firm, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for warehouse and distribution operations. This was a competitive acquisition with six responses received. Locations of performance are SC and VA. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Distribution, New Cumberland, PA (SP3300-18-D-5002).

      Excel Manufacturing Corp., El Paso, TX has been awarded a maximum $8,790,860 modification (P00121) exercising the fourth one-year option period of a one-year base contract (SPM1C1-14-D-1006) with four one-year option periods for various types of coats and trousers. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA.
