NAVY

     Millennium Corp., Arlington, VA is awarded an IDIQ contract to provide program management support services for the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). This contract is an additional award against a previously announced multiple award contract, with an estimated aggregate ceiling for all contracts of $960,000,000, with the companies having an opportunity to compete for individual orders. Work will be performed at various locations within the NAVAIR Patuxent River, MD commuting area. This contract was competitively procured via an electronic request for proposals as a 100% small business set-aside, with 84 offers received. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, MD is the contracting activity (N00421-19-D-0003).

      Sealift Inc., Oyster Bay, NY was awarded an $8,979,000 modification under previously awarded firm-fixed-price reimbursable elements contract N3220517C3510 to exercise option two for U.S. flagged vessel M/V Bernard Fisher for prepositioning and transportation of cargo for the Air Force. The cumulative value of this contract, if all options are exercised, is $58,197,737. Work will be performed worldwide. This contract was a small business set aside, with more than 10 companies solicited via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with two offers received.       Detyen’s Shipyards Inc., North Charleston, SC is awarded an $8,175,517 firm-fixed-price contract for a 59-calendar day shipyard availability for the mid-term availability of USNS Arctic (T-AOE 8). The contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the total contract value to $8,175,517. This contract was a small business set-aside with companies solicited via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with one offer received. The Navy’s Military Sealift Command, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity (N3220519C6001).

      T&E Technologies LLC, Anchorage, AK was awarded a $16,943,111 cost-plus-fixed-fee IDIQ contract. This contract provides for technical, environmental, and encroachment services in support of the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division’s Range Sustainability Office. Work will be performed in China Lake, CA (80%); Pt. Mugu, CA (15%); and Patuxent River, MD (5%). This contract was competitively procured via an electronic request for proposals as a 100% small business set-aside, with two offers received. ARMY

      Hentzen Coatings Inc., Milwaukee, WI was awarded a $16,414,600 firm-fixed-price contract for chemical agent resistant coating paint products. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Warren, MI is the contracting activity (W911RQ-19-D-0001).

      Applied Visual Technology Inc., Orlando, FL was awarded a $26,000,000 modification (P00007) to contract W900KK-13-D-0001 to develop, test, integrate and field hardware and software subsystems to achieve a fully functional and concurrent Aviation Combined Arms Tactical Trainer system. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Orlando, FL is the contracting activity.

      Southwind Construction Services LLC, Edmond, OK was awarded a $9,253,009 firm-fixed-price contract for anti-terrorism/force protection at Tinker Air Force Base, OK. One bid was solicited with one bid received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa, OK is the contracting activity (W912BV-18-F-0184).

      American Mechanical Inc., Fairbanks, AK (W911KB-19-D-0001); Osborne Construction Co., Kirkland, WA (W911KB-19-D-0002); and Patrick Mechanical LLC, Fairbanks, AK (W911KB-19-D-0003), will compete for each order of the $48,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for design, construction and repair of various utilidor systems in military family housing on Eielson Air Force Base, AK. Bids were solicited via the internet with six received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Anchorage, AK is the contracting activity.

      Faith Enterprises Inc., Colorado Springs, CO was awarded a $7,936,000 firm-fixed-price contract to construct a detachment standard design, two-story, 10,700 sq. ft. Battlefield Weather Support Facility at Fort Carson, CO. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha, NE is the contracting activity (W9128F-19-C-0002).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

      Atlantic Diving Supply Inc., doing business as ADS, Virginia Beach, VA (SPE8EH-19-D-0001); W.S. Darley & Co., Itasca, IL (SPE8EH-19-D-0002); Unifire Inc., Spokane, WA (SPE8EH-19-D-0003); Mallory Safety and Supply, Longview, WA (SPE8EH-19-D-0004); Federal Resources Supply Co., Stevensville, MD (SPE8EH-19-D-0005); and L.N. Curtis & Sons, Oakland, CA (SPE8EH-19-D-0006), are sharing a maximum $78,000,000 bridge contract under solicitation SPM8EH-12-R-0009 for fire and emergency services equipment. These are firm-fixed-price IDIQ 120-day bridge contracts. These were sole-source acquisitions. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA.

      Califon Systems LLC, Dallas, GA, has been awarded a maximum $20,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for medical equipment, maintenance of medical equipment, and/or spare parts for medical equipment. This was a competitive acquisition with 59 responses received. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA (SPE2D1-19-D-0003).
