US TRANSPORTATION COMMAND

Small businesses were included among the transportation carriers each awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, fixed-price with economic price adjustment contracts for transportation protective services. The small businesses are: AAT Carriers Inc., Chattanooga, TN (HTC711-15-D-R004); Baggett Transportation Co., Birmingham, AL (HTC711-15-D-R005); T F Boyle Transportation Inc., Billerica, MA (HTC711-15-D-R007); Chalich Trucking Inc., Ramsey, MN (HTC711-15-D-R008); Cole Motorsports Inc., Douglasville, GA (HTC711-15-D-R009); Green Valley Transportation Co., Tracy, CA (HTC711-15-D-R011); Martin Logistics, Canton, OH (HTC711-15-D-R017); Northern Neck Transfer Inc., King George, VA (HTC711-15-D-R019); Prestera Trucking Co., South Point, OH (HTC711-15-D-R020); and PTS Worldwide Inc., Somonauk, IL (HTC711-15-D-R021). The total cumulative face value of the program is $205,971,494. Work will be performed throughout the continental United States, AK and Canada. The U.S. Transportation Command Directorate of Acquisition, Scott Air Force Base, IL is the contracting activity.

NAVY

Colonna’s Shipyard Inc., Norfolk, VA (N50054-15-D-1501); Davis Boat Works Inc., Newport News, VA (N50054-15-D-1502); East Coast Repair & Fabrication LLC, Norfolk, VA (N50054-15-D-1503); Lyon Shipyard Inc., Norfolk, VA (N50054-15-D-1504); and Tecnico Corp., Chesapeake, VA (N50054-15-D-1505) are being awarded a $24,000,000 fixed-price IDIQ multiple award contract to support U.S. Navy living barges and their auxiliary systems.This contract was competitively procured via the FBO.gov website, with six offers received. The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity.

Information Sciences Consulting Inc., Manassas, VA is being awarded a $10,430,366 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed-price task order contract for motorcycle traffic safety training courses throughout the continental United States and Hawaii. This contract was set aside as 100% small business competitive procurement via the Federal Business Opportunities website and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with five offers received.NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, San Diego, CA is the contracting activity (N00244-15-C-0001).

Whitesell-Green Inc., Pensacola, FL is being awarded a $9,947,000 firm-fixed-price contract for repairs to Bachelor Quarters 3709 and 3710 at Corry Station, Naval Air Station Pensacola. This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with seven proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southeast, Jacksonville, FL is the contracting activity (N69450-15-C-0601).

ARMY

Waller, Todd and Sadler Architects Inc., Virginia Beach, VA was awarded a $10,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, architect-engineering contract for multidiscipline design and/or professional services. Bids were solicited via the Internet, with 33 offers received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity (W91236-15-D-0014).

Heeter Construction, Spencer, WV was awarded a $9,236,746 modification (P00005) to firm-fixed-price contract W91237-12-C-0006 to install 36 anchors at the Bluestone Dam, Hinton, WV. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District, Huntington, WV is the contracting activity.

Federal Resources Supply Co., Stevensville, MD was awarded a $35,313,255 firm-fixed-price contract for Urban Operations Squad Sets to provide military personnel with enhanced capabilities to perform complex or urban terrain missions. Bids were solicited via the Internet, with three received. Army Contracting Command, Tank and Automotive, Warren, MI is the contracting activity (W56HZV-15-D-0006).

Phillips Corp., Hanover, MD was awarded a $13,375,272 firm-fixed-price contract for 35 lathes and 110 modified lathe assemblies. Phillips Corp. also was awarded a $12,233,166 firm-fixed-price contract for 25 mills and 110 mill assemblies for the same purpose. For each of the two contracts, bids were solicited via the Internet, with one received. Army Contracting Command, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center, Rock Island, IL is the contracting activity (W9098S-15-D-0006) and (W9098S-15-D-0007) for both contracts.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

SupplyCore Inc., Rockford, IL has been awarded a maximum $16,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, prime vendor contract for maintenance, repair, and operations. This contract was a sole-source acquisition. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA (SPE8EG-15-D-0005).

Smart Health Inc., Phoenix, AZ has been awarded a maximum $45,000,000 IDIQ contract for distribution of various dental supplies. This contract was a competitive acquisition, and eight offers were received. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pa (SPE2DE-15-D-0002).
