NAVY

     Brandes Associates Inc., Lone Tree, CO is awarded a $78,227,293 cost-plus-fixed-fee IDIQ contract. This contract provides developmental and engineering support to include development, integration and test of mission planning products such as Naval Mission Planning Systems, Navy Tactical Aircraft, Joint Mission Planning Systems, and other mission planning and control systems and subsystems. Work will be performed in Point Mugu, CA (95%); and China Lake, CA. This contract was a small business set aside competitively procured via an electronic request for proposal; one offer was received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA is the contracting activity (N68936-20-D-0001).

      Progeny Systems Corp., Manassas, VA is being awarded a $34,151,512 fixed-price-incentive-firm target, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and cost only contract for Navy systems engineering services. This contract includes options, which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $81,944,297. Work will be performed in Charleroi, PA (74%); and Manassas (26%). This contract was not competitively procured, in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(5), authorized or required by Statute 15 U.S.C. 638(r)(4). The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, DC is the contracting activity (N00024-19-C-6201).

      ImSAR LLC, Springville, UT is awarded a $7,287,309 cost-plus-fixed-fee delivery order (N68335-20-F-0008) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N68335-18-G-0015). This order is in support of a Phase III Small Business Innovation Research effort (AF112-144) titled, "Advanced Radar Concepts for Small Remotely Piloted Aircraft." Work will be performed in Springville, UT. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ is the contracting activity.

      Marisco Ltd., Kapolei, HI was awarded a $9,900,000 firm-fixed-price contract for the repair of the Buoyancy Assist Module. This contract was competitively procured with one offer received via Federal Business Opportunities, and as a 100% small business set-aside, with the requirement that the contractor must have its own dry docking capabilities on the island of O’ahu. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility, HI is the contracting activity (N32253-19-R-0023).

ARMY

     Adams & Associates LLC, Fort Collins, CO (W9128F-20-D-0015); RHA LLC, Glendale, AZ (W9128F-20-D-0016); Strategic Value Solutions Inc., Independence, MO (W9128F-20-D-0017); and Value Management Strategies Inc., San Marcos, CA (W9128F-20-D-0018), will compete for each order of the $9,900,000 firm-fixed-price contract for architect and engineer services for an IDIQ contract with services consisting of value engineering studies and related technical review and design analysis of civil works, military and other projects. Bids were solicited via the internet with seven received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha, NE is the contracting activity.

      Arrowhead Contracting Inc., Lenexa, KS (W9128F-20-D-0001); Bristol Construction Services LLC, Anchorage, AK (W9128F-20-D-0009); Ashford Leebcor Enterprises II LLC, Williamsburg, VA (W9128F-20-D-0010); Gideon Contracting LLC, San Antonio, TX (W9128F-20-D-0011); RM Builders JV, Alamogordo, NM (W9128F-20-D-0012); Trusted Construction and Facility Support, Chevy Chase, MD (W9128F-20-D-0013); and HHI Corp., Ogden, UT (W9128F-20-D-0014); will compete for each order of the $225,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for demolition, hazardous and toxic waste remediation, disposal services, facilities sustainment, restoration and modernization design-build and design-bid-build projects. Bids were solicited via the internet with 35 received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha, NE is the contracting activity.

      Coastline Consulting & Development LLC, Branford, CT was awarded a $7,845,150 firm-fixed-price contract for Annisquam River maintenance dredging. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work will be performed in Gloucester, MA. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Concord, MA is the contracting activity (W912WJ-20-C-0001).

      Bristol Construction Services LLC, Anchorage, AK was awarded a $10,086,761 modification (P00004) to contract W9126G-18-C-0066 for construction of open storage areas with fencing, lighting and limited security. Work will be performed in Texarkana, TX. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth, TX is the contracting activity.

      WHH Nisqually - Garco JV, Olympia, WA was awarded a $21,087,000 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of two fire stations with three additional structural apparatus bays. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work will be performed in Yakima, WA. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle, WA is the contracting activity (W912DW-20-C-0001).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

     Belleville Shoe Co., Belleville, IL has been awarded a maximum $12,524,036 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for Air Force temperate weather, Coyote boots. This was a competitive acquisition with two responses. The contracting agency is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA (SPE1C1-20-D-1208).

      The Gorman-Rupp Co., Mansfield, OH has been awarded a maximum $7,245,900 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for hydraulic pump units for heavy expanded mobility tactical truck vehicles. This was a sole source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1). The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime, Warren, MI (SPRDL1-20-D-0006).
