The U.S. Transportation Command Directorate of Acquisition, Scott Air Force Base, IL is the contracting activity.

Twenty companies have each been awarded a contract modification exercising option period one on the indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity, fixed-price contracts for domestic charter airlift services. They include small businesses MN Airlines LLC doing business as Sun Country Airlines, Mendota Heights, MN (HTC711-14-D-CC06); Sierra Pacific Airlines Inc., Tucson, AZ (HTC711-14-D-CC08); Miami Air International Inc., Miami, FL (HTC711-14-D-CC10); National Air Cargo Group doing business as National Airlines, Orlando, FL (HTC711-14-D-CC11); Omni Air International Inc., Tulsa, OK (HTC711-14-D-CC12); Tatonduk Outfitters Ltd doing business as Everts Air Cargo, Fairbanks, AK (HTC711-14-D-CC17); Flightworks Inc., Kennesaw, GA (HTC711-14-D-CC20); Kalitta Charters LLC, Ypsilanti, MI (HTC711-14-D-CC21); Phoenix Air Group Inc., Cartersville, GA (HTC711-14-D-CC22); Berry Aviation Inc., San Marcos, TX (HTC711-14-D-CC23); and East Coast Flight Services Inc., Easton, MD (HTC711-14-D-CC24). The total cumulative face valueof the program is $104,065,064. The U.S. Transportation Command Directorate of Acquisition, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, is the contracting activity.

Agile Defense Inc., Fairfax, VA is being awarded a $9,851,570 fixed-price, labor hour, and cost task order modification (P00038) to previously awarded contract HTC711-11-F-D051 to exercise option period three. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the task order to $40,077,398 from $30,225,828. Work will be performed at Scott Air Force Base, IL. The U. S. Transportation Command Directorate of Acquisition, Scott Air Force Base, IL is the contracting activity.

DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE EDUCATION ACTIVITY

The Prophet Corp., Owatonna, MN (HEVAS6-D-0021); Effective Communication Strategies LLC, Alexandria, VA (HEVAS6-D-0022); Smartbudgets USA LLC, Silver Spring, MD (HEVAS6-D-0024); and Team Sports Planet Inc. Philadelphia, PA (HEVAS6-D-0020) were awarded a multiple-award, estimated not-to-exceed $7,500,000 contract to provide Physical Education (PE) equipment in support of PE programs (Pre Kindergarten - 12th grades) located at DoDEA/Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary School (DDESS) locations within the continental United States, Puerto Rico, Guantanamo Bay Cuba, Europe and Asian Pacific. The requirement was competitively solicited as a 100% small business set-aside through Federal Business Opportunities with 4 proposals received. The DDESS Procurement Office, Peachtree City, GA is the contracting activity.

NAVY

Detyens Shipyards Inc., Charleston, SC is being awarded a $14,737,872 firm-fixed-price contract for a 170-day dry-docking and overhaul of USNS Zeus (T-ARC 7). This contract was procured as a 100% small business set-aside via the FBO.gov website and three offers were received. Military Sealift Command, Washington, DC, is the contracting activity (N62387-15-C-7505) NAVY

P&S Construction Inc., North Chelmsford, MA is being awarded $17,907,700 for firm-fixed-price task order 0020 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N40192-10-D-2804) to construct hardened structures around existing and new petroleum, oil and lubricants structures. Two proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Marianas, Guam, is the contracting activity.

HGL Construction Inc., Midwest City, OK was awarded a $17,481,119 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of an aircraft hangar at Tinker Air Force Base. This contract was competitively procured via the FBO.gov website, with seven proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command SE, Jacksonville, FL is the contracting activity (N69450-14-C-1770). (Awarded Sept. 30, 2014)

Arc Tech Inc., Ashburn, VA was awarded a $6,657,162 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for custodial services at Naval Station Norfolk. This contract was issued as a sole-source procurement pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(2) of the Federal Acquisition Regulation paragraph 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity (N40085-15-D-3505).
