NAVY

      OSC Solutions Inc., West Palm Beach, FL is being awarded $7,063,296 firm-fixed-price blanket purchase agreement against a General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule for the stock, storage, and issuance of supplies, construction materials, and hardware in support of Naval Facilities Engineering Command Hawaii. If all options are exercised, the total value of this contract will be $75,886,505. Work will be performed in Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI.      Allied Associates International Inc., Gainesville, VA (W911QX-17-D-0008); Barbaricum LLC, Washington, DC (W911QX-17-D-0009); ECS Federal LLC, Fairfax, VA (W911QX-17-D-0010); and Research Innovations Inc., Alexandria, VA (W911QX-17-D-0010), will share in a $248,110,466 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to develop SUNet Enclaves for mission specific requirements that include development of applications or analytics. Four bids were solicited with four bids received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland is the contracting activity.

     DCS Corp., Alexandria, VA is being awarded a $207,596,336 cost-plus-fixed-fee IDIQ contract to provide system engineering, analysis, research, development, logistics, and configuration and data management services to the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division’s aircraft integrated product teams. Work will be performed in China Lake, CA (86.5%). This contract was competitively procured via an electronic proposal as a 100% small business set-aside; two offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA is the contracting activity (N68936-18-D-0006).

     Global Technical Systems Inc., Virginia Beach, VA has been awarded a $63,191,604 firm-fixed-price modification to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N00024-14-D-5213) to increase the contract ceiling value for production of the Common Processing System (CPS), spares and associated engineering services. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, DC is the contracting activity.

ARMY

     Chavis Inc., Maxton, NC (W91247-17-D-0015); Outside the Box LLC, Richmond, VA (W91247-17-D-0014); CMC Building Inc., Bolton, NC (W91247-17-D-0013); Lifecycle Construction Services LLC, Fredericksburg, VA (W91247-17-D-0017); W4 Construction Group, Pontiac, MI (W91247-17-D-0018); and Civil Works Contracting LLC, Wilmington, NC (W91247-17-D-0016), will share in a $49,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for a broad range of maintenance, repair, and minor construction projects at Fort Bragg, NC. Bids were solicited via the Internet with 17 received. Mission Installation Contracting Command, Fort Bragg, NC is the contracting activity.

     GovSource Inc., Reston, VA (W91247-17-D-0009); Chochise MTS Inc., Valrico, FL (W91247-17-D-0010); and Downrange Operations and Training, Ridgeland, MS (W91247-17-D-0011) are the small businesses that will share in a $249,000,000 firm-fixed-price, foreign military sales (Afghanistan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Egypt, Greece, Iraq, Qatar, Taiwan and Tunisia) contract to provide the Security Assistance Training Management Organization with education and training services. Bids were solicited via the Internet with 18 received. U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Bragg, NC is the contracting activity.

     Coastal Design and Construction Inc., Gloucester, VA, has been awarded a $10,121,889 firm-fixed-price contract for dyke marsh wetland restoration and stabilization in Alexandria, VA. Bids were solicited via the Internet with two received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore, MD is the contracting activity (W912DR-17-C-0053). (Awarded Sept. 30, 2017)

     Mayflower Communications Co. Inc., Bedford, MA has been awarded a $10,074,781 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for non-recurring engineering and fabrication of production representative articles for the multi-platform anti-jam global positioning system navigation antenna, and federated and integrated systems. One bid was solicited with one received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, AL is the contracting activity (W911W6-17-C-0200).

MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY

     Strategic Alliance Business Group (SABG), Arlington, VA is being awarded a $34,301,873 competitive cost-plus-fixed-fee and cost-plus-incentive-fee contract. Under this new contract, the contractor will provide support with customer and end-user communications about space, services, and cost. The work will be performed in VA, HI and other states. This contract was competitively procured via publication on the FBO.gov website with four proposals received. The Missile Defense Agency, Huntsville, AL is the contracting activity (HQ0147-18-C-0004).
