NAVY

     Tel-Instrument Electronics Corp., East Rutherford, NJ, is awarded a $24,622,145 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract. This contract provides for a one time modification and upgrade of three AN/USM-708 Common Radio Frequency Tester (CRAFT) systems and two AN/USM-719 ramp test sets, maintenance and repair of existing CRAFT systems, and procurement of 682 CRAFT full rate production kits and installations in support of the Navy and Marine Corps aircraft and support equipment requirements.       Sealing Technologies Inc., Columbia, MD is awarded a $168,479,616 firm-fixed-price, task order for Defense Cyber Weapons Systems (DCWS), which are self-contained, fly away suites for Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) teams to conduct vulnerability analysis, incident response, terrain mapping and other DCO functions. This task order was competitively procured via the General Services Administration e-Buy website, with five offers received. The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, VA is the contracting activity (M67854-22-F-7700).

      Complete Parachute Solutions, Deland, FL is awarded a $36,000,000 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract. This contract provides product support management for the procurement of critical safety items and life support non-developmental items associated with the procurement, maintenance, and training of the Military Tactical (MT)-3 and MT-4 military free-fall parachute systems, as well as major components, repair parts, and ancillary equipment. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1). The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA is the contracting activity (N6893622D0037).

      Able Heating and Air Conditioning Inc., Chula Vista, CA is awarded an $11,693,978 firm-fixed-price task order (N6247322F4862) under previously-awarded contract N62473-19-D-2421 for the design-bid-build repair of the Facility 3006 mess hall high-volume air conditioning system at Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center. Work will be performed in Bridgeport, CA. This contract was competitively procured via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment website, with two offers received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command SW, San Diego, CA is the contracting activity.

ARMY

     ACME General Corp., Morgantown, WV was awarded a $7,692,240 modification (P00006) to contract W15QKN-20-C-0014 to develop precision fires for future small-unit and soldier operations through user-centric design and co-development practices. Army Contracting Command, Newark, NJ is the contracting activity.

      Ahtna-J.F. Brennan JV, Irvine, CA (W911WN-22-D-0001); Alltech Engineering Group, St. Paul, MN (W911WN-22-D-0002); G&G Steel Inc., Russellville, AL (W911WN-22-D-0003); Oceanetics Inc., Annapolis, MD (W911WN-22-D-0004); and Steward Machine Co. Inc., Birmingham, AL (W911WN-22-D-00050), will compete for each order of the $90,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for metal fabrication, refurbishment and installation of products for the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division.       Cherico Construction Services LLC, Warner Robins, GA is awarded a $30,000,000 IDIQ contract for maintenance, repair, and alteration of roofing and incidental work related to roofing replacement and repairs on and around various government sites in the Beaufort Tri-Command, SC area of operations. This contract was competitively procured via the System for Award Management website with three bids received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity (N40085-22-D-0075).

      Camenzind Dutra JV LLC, Palo Alto, CA was awarded an $8,155,369 contract for maintenance dredging of Kaunakakai Harbor and Kahului Harbor, HI. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu, HI is the contracting activity (W9128A-22-C-0009).

      Bethel Environmental Solutions LLC, Anchorage, AK (W911KB-22-D-0018); and Brice Engineering LLC, Anchorage, AK (W911KB-22-D-0019) are the small businesses among the companies that will compete for each order of the $100,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for environmental remediation services.       TKTMJ Inc., Natchitoches, LA was awarded a $32,366,700 firm-fixed-price contract to furnish all plant, labor, materials and equipment to construct the PL 84-99 Emergency Bank Stabilization at six sites on the Ouachita River in Ouachita and Caldwell Parish, LA. DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

     Carter Industries Inc., Olive Hill, KY has been awarded a maximum $16,446,258 modification (P00015) exercising the second one-year option period of a one-year base contract (SPE1C1-20-D-1238) with two one-year option periods for women’s coveralls. This is a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-quantity contract. Location of performance is NY. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA.

      ThunderCat Technology LLC, Reston, VA (SPE2D1-22-D-0012, $45,467,709), has been added as an awardee to the multiple award contract for medical equipment and accessories for the Defense Logistics Agency Electronic Catalog, issued against SPE2DH-16-R-0002 and awarded Oct. 6, 2016.
