ARMY

      Relyant Global LLC, Maryville, TN was awarded a $7,030,235 firm-fixed-price contract to design and build a shipping and receiving building at Fort McCoy, WI. Bids were solicited via the Internet with five received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville, KY is the contracting activity (W912QR-18-C-0026).

      FD Software Enterprise LLC, East Stroudsburg, PA was awarded a $9,603,745 firm-fixed-price contract for the Network-Centric Early Warning System. One bid was solicited with one bid received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, NJ is the contracting activity (W15QKN-18-C-0013).

      Mi-De-Con Inc., Ironton, OH (W91237-18-D-0010); Massillon Construction and Supply LLC, Massillon, OH (W91237-18-D-0011); and Geiger Brothers Mechanical Contractors Inc., Jackson, OH (W91237-18-D-0012), will compete for each order of the $45,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for various small construction projects. Bids were solicited via the Internet with five received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington, WV is the contracting activity.

NAVY

      Desbuild Inc., Hyattsville, MD is awarded $9,948,340 for firm-fixed-price task order N6945018F0723 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N69450-16-D-1111) for the replacement of missile magazines on Naval Station Mayport. Work will be performed in Jacksonville, FL. Four proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southeast, Jacksonville, FL is the contracting activity.

      US-Veterans NW JV LLC, Kotzebue, AK (N44255-18-D-5020); Bering P&L JV, Anchorage, AK (N44255-18-D-5021); GSI Pacific Inc., Honolulu, HI (N44255-18-D-5022); Silver Mountain Construction LLC, Bremerton, WA (N44255-18-D-5023); Valdez Washington Patriot JV, Oak Harbor, WA (N44255-18-D-5024); and WHH Nisqually Federal Services LLC, Olympia, WA (N44255-18-D-5025), are each awarded an IDIQ multiple award construction contract for design-build or design-bid-build construction projects located primarily within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Northwest area of responsibility. The maximum dollar value including the base period and four option years for all six contracts combined is $99,000,000. AUS-Veterans NW JV LLC is being awarded the initial task order at $647,783 for the design and construction of Building 2300 steam boiler feedwater and water tank systems repairs at Naval Station Everett, WA. Work on this contract will be performed primarily in WA (90%). This contract was competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with 30 proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Northwest, Silverdale, WA is the contracting activity.

      Bowhead Operations & Maintenance Solutions LLC, Alexandria, VA is being awarded a $20,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide the Navy and eligible foreign partner nations access to a broad range of services and materials associated with the acquisition, operation, and maintenance of small boat maritime assets. This contract combines purchases for the Navy (25%) and various foreign partner nations (75%) under the Foreign Military Sales program. Work will be performed worldwide. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(5) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-5. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington Navy Yard, Washington, DC is the contracting activity (N0002418D4144).

DLA

      Center Industries Corp., Wichita, KS has been awarded a maximum $66,315,938 firm-fixed-price contract for magazine cartridges. This is a five-year contract with no option periods. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime, Warren, MI (SPRDL1-18-D-0124).

      M&M Manufacturing LLC, Lajas, PR, has been awarded a maximum $37,733,400 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for female coats and trousers for the Army Combat Uniform. This was a competitive acquisition with nine responses received. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA (SPE1C1-18-D-1077). M&M also has been awarded a maximum $43,646,220 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for female coats and trousers for the Army Combat Uniform. This was a competitive acquisition with nine responses received. The contracting activity is the same as in the above contract (SPE1C1-18-D-1076).

      Crown Clothing Inc., Vineland, NJ has been awarded a maximum $12,268,595 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for men’s Marine Corps dress blues coats. This was a competitive acquisition with two responses received. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA (SPE1C1-18-D-1079).

MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY

      Five Stones Research Corp., Brownsboro, AL is being awarded a $50,096,546 competitive cost-plus-fixed-fee contract with a base year value of $25,180,374 to support Information Technology Management and Analysis. Work will be in AL, CO and VA. The contract was competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website with five proposals received. The Missile Defense Agency, Schriever Air Force Base, CO is the contracting activity (HQ0796-18-C-0002).
