NAVY

     Saliense Consulting LLC, Tysons Corner, Virginia, is awarded an $8,560,907 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for Office of Naval Research (ONR) Information Technology (IT) Support Services. The objective of this contract is to enable the ONR CIO to deliver operational excellence in the day-to-day operation of ONR’s IT Enterprise. Work will be performed in Arlington, Virginia. This contract was competitively procured under Seaport NxG solicitation N00014-22-R-3003, with 14 proposals received. The Office of Naval Research, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity (N00178-21-D-9323).

      Goshawk LLC, San Antonio, Texas (N62473-23-D-1412) is the small business among the companies awarded a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a combined maximum value of $150,000,000 for new construction, renovation, and repair of natural gas and petroleum, oils, and lubricants fuel system projects at various government installations located in CA (87%), AZ (5%), NV (3%), UT (2%), CO (2%) and NM (1%). These contracts include options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value to $150,000,000 over an eight-year period to the four vendors combined. This contract was competitively procured via the SAM.gov contract opportunities website, with eight offers received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southwest, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity.

      Synectic Solutions Inc., Oxnard, California, is awarded a $10,977,253 cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost reimbursable, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. This contract provides technical representative services for Airborne Weapons Systems (AWS) in support of ensuring timely, adequate, and economic maintenance and operation of AWS by providing in-service engineering, logistics, and logistical data management support for these systems. Work will be performed in China Lake, California. This contract was competitively procured as a small business set-aside; two offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, California, is the contracting activity (N6893623D0043).

      Advanced Acoustic Concepts LLC, Hauppauge, New York, is awarded an $11,128,633 firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously-awarded contract N00024-19-C-6311 to exercise options for Littoral Combat Ship Mission Package computers, software, trainer components and engineering services. Work will be performed in Uniontown, PA (55%); Hauppauge, NY (35%); Columbia, MD (7%); and Washington, DC (3%). The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00024-19-C-6311).

      Accurate Energetic Systems LLC, McEwen, Tennessee, is awarded a $86,228,352 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the production, acceptance, and delivery of the Charge, Demolition MK 179 MOD 0; and the Charge, Demolition MK 180 MOD 0 Assembly. This contract was competitively procured on the basis of full and open competition and three offers were received via Federal Business Opportunities. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Crane, Indiana, is the contract activity (N0016423DJR82).

ARMY

     The Solution Foundry LLC, Woodstock, Georgia, was awarded a $73,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract to support environmental management and training projects. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity (W912BV-23-D-0016).

      Roundhouse PBN-TEPA EC JV, Warner Robins, Georgia, was awarded a $27,290,000 firm-fixed-price contract to construct the Joint Cryptologic Center at Buckley Air Force Base. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in Aurora, Colorado. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha, Nebraska, is the contracting activity (W9128F-23-C-0019).

      Sierra Hydrographics, Auberry, California, was awarded a $9,800,000 firm-fixed-price contract for streamflow and weather station maintenance and repair, rating-curve development and discharge measurements. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento, California, is the contracting activity (W91238-23-D-0015).

      Bear Brothers Inc., Montgomery, Alabama, was awarded a $12,057,150 firm-fixed-price contract to repair Aircraft Maintenance Building 1455. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work will be performed in Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville, Kentucky, is the contracting activity (W912QR-23-C-0012).

      Cottrell Contracting Corp., Chesapeake, Virginia, was awarded an $8,941,350 firm-fixed-price contract for Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay maintenance and dredging. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work will be performed in St. Marys, Georgia. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville, Florida, is the contracting activity (W912EP-23-C-0015).

      Avix-BGI JV II LLC, Yorktown, Virginia, was awarded a $10,918,564 modification (P00004) to contract W9133L-22-C-3007 for weapons systems simulator training and support. Work will be performed in Lackland, Texas; and Tucson, Arizona. The National Guard Bureau Directorate of Acquisitions, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

DLA

     Puerto Rico Apparel Manufacturing Corp., Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, has been awarded a maximum $10,928,873 modification (P00033) exercising the fourth one-year option period of a one-year base contract (SPE1C1-19-D-1151) with four one-year option periods for various types of coats and trousers. This is a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
