NAVY

      Trijicon Inc., Wixom, MI is awarded a $41,218,080 firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for the remanufacture of Rifle Combat Optics. This contract has a five-year ordering period with a maximum value of $41,218,080. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1) - only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.       Avian LLC, Lexington Park, MD is awarded a $13,342,932 modification (P00068) to exercise an option on a previously-awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N00421-17-C-0049) to provide support for the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division's Integrated System Evaluation Experimentation and Test Department. Work will be performed in Patuxent River, MD. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD is the contracting activity.

      Doyon Project Services LLC, Federal Way, WA is awarded $30,831,632 for firm-fixed-price task order N-44255-20-F4095 under a multiple award construction contract for repair of Shipyard Electrical Backbone Substation A, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, WA. Three proposals were received for this task order. Naval Facilities Engineering Command NW, Silverdale, WA is the contracting activity (N44255-17-D-4036).

      Risk Mitigation Consulting Inc., Destin, FL is awarded an $8,860,412 modification to task order N62470-20-F-4016 under an IDIQ contract. The task order is for mission assurance assessments for various locations within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command area of operations worldwide. Work will be performed in FL (15%); VA (11%); GA (10%); CA (7%); MD (6%); and LA (6%). Work also will be performed in Bahrain (11%); Greece (10%), Cuba (9%); Japan (8%); and Romania (7%).       ASR International Corp., doing business as ASR Management & Technical Services, Hauppauge, NY (N64498-20-D-4001); The McHenry Management Group Inc., Chesapeake, VA (N64498-20-D-4002); EHS Technologies Corp., Moorestown, NJ (N64498-20-D-4003); NDI Engineering Co., Thorofare, NJ (N64498-20-D-4004); Advanced Internet Marketing Inc., doing business as The GBS Group, Virginia Beach, VA (N64409-20-D-4016); and Transtecs Corp., Wichita, KS (N64498-20-D-4017), are each awarded $26 million – $34 million for an IDIQ cost-plus-fixed-fee contract with firm-fixed-price task order provisions for integrated logistics services to support logistics functional areas for planning, implementation and management of hull, mechanical and electrical new acquisition/construction systems. Work will be performed in Philadelphia, PA (24%) and the remaining (76%) will be performed in Washington, DC; Pearl Harbor, HI; Pascagoula, MS; Norfolk, VA; Bath, ME; Panama City, FL; Slidell, LA; San Diego, CA; Port Hueneme, CA; Keyport, WA; Japan and Italy. These contracts were competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with eight offers received. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division, Philadelphia, PA is the contracting activity.

      PrimeTech International Inc., North Kansas City, MO is awarded a $9,322,851 firm-fixed-price, cost reimbursable General Services Administration (GSA) task order for integrated logistics distribution support. Work will be performed in Albany, GA. This contract was competitively procured as a small business set-aside via the GSA eBuy website, with seven proposals received. The Marine Corps Logistics Command, Albany, GA is the contracting activity (M67004-20-F-4101).

ARMY

      Yorktown Systems Group Inc., Huntsville, AL was awarded a $20,383,541 modification (P00038) to contract W911S0-17-C-0007 for operations support services including conducting and providing predictive modeling and trend analyses concerning global asymmetric threats. Work will be performed at Fort Meade, MD. U.S. Army Field Directorate Office, Fort Eustis, VA is the contracting activity.

      Associated Aircraft Manufacturing & Sales Inc., Fort Lauderdale, FL was awarded an $8,439,750 firm-fixed-price contract for landing gear maintenance and overhaul. Bids were solicited via the internet with seven received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, AL is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-20-F-0341).

      Capco LLC, Grand Junction, CO was awarded a $33,600,571 firm-fixed-price contract for 40 mm M320 and 40 mm M320A1 grenade launchers. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, NJ is the contracting activity (W15QKN-20-F-0377).

      Applied Aquatic Management Inc., Bartow, FL was awarded a $7,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract to provide vegetation management, environmental restoration and protection, vegetation/geographic information systems mapping and aerial photographs on various projects and properties within boundaries of the South Atlantic Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
