Where to protest VA denials?

The U.S. Office of Special Counsel (OSC) has issued a proposed rule that would provide federal contractors with a new channel to report agency misconduct--directly to the OSC.

The new rule implements a pilot program authorized in the national defense bill of 2013. Comments are due by March 24.

Whistleblowers may report gross mismanagement, waste, abuse of authority, danger to the public or violations of rules or law.
