SBA reopens comments
Due to significant interest from contractors, the Small Business Administration has added more time for comments on its recent multi-faceted proposed rule (http://goo.gl/OqUHXe) covering small business joint ventures, performance requirements, the non-manufacturer rule and NAICS code appeals. The deadline is April 6.
Compliance Advisors
The Labor Department and Office of Management and Budget ordered agencies to appoint Labor Compliance Advisors within 90 days to comply with the recent executive order on reporting and evaluating contractor labor law violations.

Army: $500M for OASIS
The Army has agreed to spend $500 million a year on the General Services Administration’s “OASIS” professional services contract, officials told Federal News Radio.
A senior Army official said the Army will pay a 0.1% fee while other agencies pay .75%, under an agreement with GSA.
