SBA says 5% WOSB goal is reached

It’s official: SBA Administrator Maria Contreras-Sweet announced March 2 that the government met its 5% goal for contracts with women-owned small businesses for the first time. Set-Aside Alert reported Feb. 19 that data showed the goal was attained.
