NAVY

PSI Pax Inc., California, MD is being awarded a $23,769,637 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost type contract for the procurement of professional and management support services essential to the Combat Integration and Identification Systems Division. Work will be performed at Webster Field, St. Inigoes, MD. This contract was awarded competitively via electronic request for proposal as a 100 percent small business set-aside; three offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD is the contracting activity (N00421-17-D-0002).

VSolvit LLC, Ventura, CA was awarded a $7,096,259 firm-fixed-price modification under a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N39430-13-D-1231) to exercise option year four for information technology enterprise business systems support at Naval Facilities Information Technology Center, Naval Base Ventura County. Work will be performed in Port Hueneme, CA (45%); San Diego, CA (45%); and Yokosuka Japan (10%). The Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center, Port Hueneme, CA is the contracting activity.

SDV International LLC, Alexandria, VA (N62645-17-D-5011); Standard Technology Inc., Bethesda, MD (N62645-17-D-5012); and Technology, Automation & Management Inc., Fairfax, VA (N62645-17-D-5013), are each being awarded a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, multiple award task order contract for medical record coding, auditing, and training services, as well as clinical documentation improvement specialist services. The aggregate not-to-exceed amount for these multiple award contracts combined is $20,768,875 and each company will receive at least one lot. This contract contains options, which if exercised, will bring the contract value to $64,962,972. Work will be performed at Naval military treatment facilities and their associated branch clinics in the U.S. as well as in Japan and Guam. This contract was awarded as a 100% small business set-aside, with 14 offers received. The Naval Medical Logistics Command, Fort Detrick, MD is the contracting activity.

Progeny Systems Corp., Manassas, VA, is being awarded a $7,954,769 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-14-C-6294) to exercise options for engineering and technical services to upgrade and modernize existing and emergent information assurance (IA) systems. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, DC is the contracting activity.

APR Energy USA LLC, Jacksonville, FL is being awarded a $7,800,000 firm-fixed-price contract for the six-month rental of an outdoor-rated, dual-fuel, mobile, aero-derivative gas turbine power generation system, including installation, set-up, operation and maintenance support services. Work will be performed in Philadelphia, PA. This contract was competitively procured with three offers received via the Federal Business Opportunities website. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division, Philadelphia, PA is the contracting activity (N65540-17-C-0007).

AIR FORCE

Volant Associates LLC, Chantilly, VA, has been awarded a $14,005,098 cost-plus-fixed-fee completion contract for Defense Intelligence Information Enterprise (DI2E) Framework Integrated Collaborative Environment. Contractor will foster interoperability and collaboration of mission systems and capabilities within the Department of Defense and intelligence community. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition with two offers received. Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome, NY is the contracting activity (FA8750-17-C-0001).

Food Services Inc., Gainesville, GA has been awarded an $8,423,492 firm-fixed-price requirements contract for mission essential full food services. Work will be performed at Joint Base San Antonio - Fort Sam Houston, Texas; and Camp Bullis, Texas. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition with eight offers received. The 502d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio – Randolph, TX is the contracting activity (FA3016-17-D-0007).
