DOL letters to 1K contractors

      The Labor Dept.’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs sent letters to 1,000 federal contractors this month informing them to get their required Affirmative Actions Plans ready for review. Federal contractors with more than 50 employees, who also have contracts worth more than $50,000, are required to use affirmative action plans when hiring. Scheduling for the reviews will begin March 19.
