      IPR Northeast seeks MBE/WBE small business subs who are qualified through the following programs: State DOT, SBA SDB, 8(a) or EPA Certification Program and located in the Washington DC region to submit price proposals for the DC Water IFB 160190 B St./New Jersey Ave. Trunk Sewer Rehabilitation and Cleaning Phase 1 project. Due Jan.17 at 2 pm EST.

      IPR also seeks such firms to submit price proposals for the DC Water IFB 120210 Low Area Trunk Sewer Rehabilitation. Due Jan. 31 at 2 pm EST.
