NAVY

      Advanced Management Strategies Group LLC, Dumfries, VA (M00264-19-D-0001); Atkinson Aeronautics and Technology Inc., Fredericksburg, VA (M00264-19-D-0002); Emerging Technology Support LLC, Mooresville, NC (M00264-19-D-0003); Get It Done Solutions LLC, Fredericksburg, VA (M00264-19-D-0004); Strategic Ventures Consulting Group LLC, Falls Church, VA (M00264-19-D-0005); and Vickers and Nolan Enterprises LLC, Stafford, VA (M00264-19-D-0006), are each awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts with five-year ordering periods and an option to extend services for up to six months for technical, analytical, and engineering support for the Marine Corps Capabilities Development Directorate.The estimated aggregate ceiling of the contracts is a combined $43,891,128. If the option is exercised, the contract value will be $48,280,241. The majority of work will be performed at the contractor facilities in Mooresville, NC; Dumfries, VA; Fredericksburg, VA; Falls Church, VA; and Stafford, VA. These contracts were competitively procured via solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunities website, with nine proposals received. The Marine Corps Installations Command, National Capital Region, Regional Contracting Office, Quantico, VA is the contracting activity.

      Risk Mitigation Consulting Inc., Destin, FL is awarded a maximum amount $95,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for mission assurance assessments of installation/facilities infrastructure and facility-related control systems for the Dept. of the Navy. Work will be performed at various Navy and Marine Corps installations at various locations within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Atlantic area of responsibility, both inside and outside the continental U.S., including, but not limited to, CA (25%); VA (13%); FL (10%); and MD (7%). This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website and Federal Business Opportunities website, with six proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Atlantic, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity (N62470-19-D-2002).

      Structural Associates Inc., East Syracuse, NY is awarded $10,008,000 for firm-fixed-price task order N4008519F4299 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N40085-17-D-5048) for repairs for insulator shop relocation Building 166 at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The task order also contains five unexercised options, which, if exercised, would increase cumulative task order value to $10,691,110. Work will be performed in Kittery, ME. Four proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity.

      CER Inc., Baltimore, MD is awarded $15,668,500 for firm-fixed-price task order N4008019F4101 under a previously awarded design-bid-build, small business, multiple award construction contract (N40080-18-D-0016) for the renovation of Building 2007 at Marine Corps Base, Quantico. Six proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Washington Navy Yard, Washington, DC is the contracting activity.

      Doyon Project Services LLC, Federal Way, WA is awarded $36,171,741 for firm-fixed-price task order N4425519F4055 under a multiple award construction contract (N44255-17-D-4036) for the construction of five standard Type-D earth covered magazines at Naval Magazine Indian Island, Washington. Work will be performed in Indian Island, WA. Four proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Northwest, Silverdale, WA is the contracting activity.

      Dayton T. Brown Inc., Bohemia, NY is awarded an $82,595,099 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. This contract provides for supplies and services in support of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division’s Special Missions Integrated Test Facility (AIR-5.4). Work will be performed in Patuxent River, MD (91%); and Bohemia, NY (9%). This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1). The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD is the contracting activity.

      Makai Ocean Engineering Inc., Waimanalo, HI is awarded $9,897,213 for cost-plus-fixed-fee task order N3943019F4018 under a previously awarded multiple award contract (N39430-18-D-2047) for design, procurement, fabrication, testing and integration of components for a lightweight seafloor cable system for use in a technology demonstration at Naval Base Ventura County, Port Hueneme, CA. Work will be performed at Waimanalo, HI. Three proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center, Port Hueneme, CA is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

      Defense Research Associates Inc., Beavercreek, OH has been awarded an $11,098,274 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for research and development. Work will be performed in Dayton, OH. This award is the result of a Small-Business Innovation Research Phase III request for proposal. Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH is the contracting activity (FA8650-19-C-1600).

ARMY

     STG Inc., Reston, VA was awarded a $17,098,410 modification (P00011) to contract W91RUS-18-C-0007 for information technology support services. Work will be performed in Fort Huachuca, AZ. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD is the contracting activity.
