Catalyst Professional Services Inc., Colorado Springs, CO (N62645-15-D-5014); Donald L. Mooney Enterprises LLC doing business as Nurses Etc. Staffing, San Antonio, TX (N62645-15-D-5017); Loyal Source Government Services LLC, Orlando, FL (N62645-15-D-5015); Magnum Opus Technologies Inc., San Antonio, TX (N62645-15-D-5016); and Potomac Healthcare Solutions LLC, Woodbridge, VA (N62645-15-D-5018) are each being awarded a 42-month, firm-fixed-priced, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, multiple award task order contract for various medical services that include the labor categories of Allied Health, Technologist, Technician and Assistant services at Military Treatment Facilities in the Southeastern Region of the United States. The aggregate not-to-exceed amount for these multiple award contracts combined is $99,773,371. Work will be performed at the Naval Hospital Jacksonville, FL (25%); Naval Health Clinic Corpus Christi, TX (25%); Naval Hospital Pensacola, FL (25%); and other locations. These contracts were solicited via the agency’s website and the FBO.gov website for proposals as a 100% small business set-aside; 32 offers were received. The Naval Medical Logistics Command, Fort Detrick, MD is the contracting activity.

ACS Habitat Management, Oceanside, CA (N62473-15-D-0801); Gulf South Research Corp., Baton Rouge, LA (N62473-15-D-0802); and Natures Image, Lake Forest, CA (N62473-15-D-0803) are each being awarded a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award service contract for natural resources, exotic pest plant species abatement services at various locations in CA (90%), NV (5%) and AZ (5%). The maximum dollar value, including the base period and four option years for all three contracts combined, is $20,000,000. No task orders are being issued at this time. This contract was competitively procured via the FBO.gov website, with seven proposals received. These three contractors may compete for task orders under the terms and conditions of the awarded contract. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command-SW, San Diego, CA is the contracting activity.

Gulf Building & Hernandez Consultants JV, Fort Lauderdale, FL is being awarded $13,528,900 for firm-fixed-price task order 0002 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N69450-14-D-1274) for design and construction of the weapons storage and inspection facility at Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, GA. Five proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southeast, Jacksonville, FL is the contracting activity.
