The maximum dollar value including the base period and four option years for all six contracts combined is $10,000,000. Olympic Enterprises is being awarded task order 0001 of $14,125. These contracts were competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with six proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity.

SAMES Inc., Pharr, TX (N69450-16-D-0620); The GFP Group, Corpus Christi, TX (N69450-16-D-0615); Gideon Contracting LLC, Corpus Christi, TX (N69450-16-D-0616); Tikigaq Construction LLC, Wasilla, AK (N69450-16-D-0617); DLF SafeNet JV, Corpus Christi, TX (N69450-16-D-0618); and ADTBC LLC, Portland, TX (N69450-16-D-0619) are each being awarded an IDIQ firm-fixed-price, multiple award design-bid-build construction contract for construction projects located primarily within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southeast area of responsibility (AOR). The maximum dollar value including the base period and four option years for all six contracts combined is $45,000,000. SAMES Inc. is being awarded task order 0001 at $370,452. This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website with 14 proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southeast, Jacksonville, FL is the contracting activity.

Benaka Inc., New Brunswick, NJ 08901, is being awarded $9,624,000 for firm-fixed-price task order JU01 under a previously awarded, multiple award construction contract (N40085-14-D-5247) for construction of a laundry room, building renovations and repairs in building 2003 at Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA. Two proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, VA is the contracting activity.

Cox Construction Co., Vista, CA is being awarded $11,799,000 for firm-fixed-price task order 0002 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N62473-15-D-2405) for the repair of a fleet operations and training facility at Naval Base Point Loma. Two proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest, San Diego, CA is the contracting activity. Cox Construction also was awarded a $26,117,000 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of an unmanned aircraft system hanger and ancillary facilities at Ft. Irwin, CA. ARMY

Polote Corp., Savannah, GA was awarded a $13,909,163 firm-fixed-price, incrementally funded contract for the central and southern Florida flood control project. Fifty bids were solicited with eight received. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville, FL is the contracting activity (W912EP-16-C-0001).

MEC DE JV, Plainfield, IL was awarded a $25,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for organic engineering, production, and quality assurance technical services for the Rock Island Arsenal Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center. Bids were solicited via the Internet with nine received. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island, IL is contracting activity (W9098S-16-D-0003).

Hentzen Coatings, Milwaukee, WI was awarded a $9,826,086 firm-fixed-price contract to supply paint to the Red River Army Depot paint shop. Bids were solicited via the Internet with two received, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 5, 2019. Funding and work location will be determined with each order. Army Contracting Command, Warren, MI is the contracting activity (W56HZV-16-D-0021).
