SDVOSB fraud

Three New York-based companies and two owners, John Zoladz of Darien and David Lyons of Grand Island, have agreed to pay the government $3 million to settle charges that they unlawfully obtained federal set-aside contracts meant for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, the Justice Department announced.

Their companies are Zoladz Construction, Arsenal Contracting and Alliance Contracting.
