New RFP adds 5 geographic zones to BMO contract

The General Services Administration released a solicitation for the Phase II Building Maintenance and Operations - Small Business strategic sourcing contract.

The Phase I BMO contract had one geographic zone. Phase II adds five new zones:

• Zone 2 - ME, MA, NH, VT, CT and RI
• Zone 3 - FL, GA, NC, and SC
• Zone 4 - TX and OK
• Zone 5 - CA and NV
• Zone 6 - KS, NE, MO, IA and IL
