    • New FOIA Web portal debuts

    The new “FOIAonline” multi-agency Web portal debuted on Oct. 1, spearheaded by the Environmental Protection Agency.

    Agencies accepting Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests through the portal include the EPA, Commerce (but not Patent and Trademark Office), Merit Systems Protection Board, Federal Labor Relations Authority, and National Archives and Records Administration.
