GSA card, travel spending drops dramatically

General Services Administration purchase card spending dropped from $69 million to $34 million, and travel card spending fell from $17 million to $4 million, from fiscal 2011 to fiscal 2013, according to a new report from the agency’s Office of Inspector General.
