NAVY

After award of this modification, the maximum dollar value for all seven contracts combined will be $174,000,000. Work will be performed primarily in FL (70%) and GA (25%).       Garry Jacques JCMCS, Washington, DC (N40080-18-D-0025); RH Contracting Inc., Atlantic, VA (N40080-18-D-0026); Signature Renovations LLC, Capitol Heights, MD (N40080-18-D-0027); Honu’Apo I LLC, Honolulu, HI (N40080-18-D-0028); Battle Creek Construction LLC, La Plata, MD (N40080-18-D-0029); and ACTS-Meltech JV1 LLC, Virginia Beach, VA (N40080-18-D-0030), are each awarded an IDIQ multiple award construction contract for construction projects located primarily within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Washington, DC area of responsibility. The maximum dollar value including the base and option years is $99,000,000. Garry Jacques JCMCS is being awarded the initial task order at $343,777 for repair of the retaining wall at Joint Base Andrews, Camp Springs, MD. Work on this contract will be performed primarily within DC (40%); VA (40%); and MD (20%). This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with 44 proposals received. The NAVFAC, Washington, DC is the contracting activity.

      TDI Technologies Inc., King of Prussia, PA is awarded a $49,995,999 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to support the Phase III small business innovation research (SBIR) effort to support the advancement of the auxiliary system sensor fusion technology previously completed in SBIR phase I and phase II. This contract was not competitively procured, in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1) only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division, Philadelphia, PA is the contracting activity (N64498-18-D-4002).

ARMY

      Lukos-VATC JV III LLC, Tampa, FL (W900KK-18-D-0021); Calhoun International LLC, Tampa, FL (W900KK-18-D-0022); Applied Training Solutions LLC, Falls Church, VA (W900KK-18-D-0023) and Trideum Corp., Huntsville, AL (W900KK-18-D-0025) are the small businesses among the companies that will compete for each order of the $2,400,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract to provide and manage training and training assistance for military and civilian related subjects. Bids were solicited via the Internet with 42 received. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Orlando, FL is the contracting activity.

      HamHed LLC, New Albany, IN (W912QR-18-D-0028); TATCO Services Inc., La Plata, MD (W912QR-18-D-0029); Nisou LGC JV LLC, Detroit, MI (W912QR-18-D-0031); and IFS Global Corp., Ray, OH (W912QR-18-D-0032), will compete for each order of the $10,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for janitorial services. Bids were solicited via the Internet with five received. U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville, KY is the contracting activity.

      Smith Alvarez Sienkiewycz Architects PC, Burlington, VT was awarded a $10,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for architect and engineer support to the Vermont National Guard. Bids were solicited via the Internet with four received. U.S. Property and Fiscal Officer, VT is the contracting activity (W912LN-18-D-1000).

      System Studies & Simulation Inc., Huntsville, AL was awarded a $10,165,810 modification (000012) to contract W31P4Q-09-A-0019 to provide technical support services to the Precision Fire and Missile Systems Project Office. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, AL is the contracting activity.

      General Technical Services LLC, Wall Township, NJ was awarded a $13,394,728 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for research and development, soldier tactical/expeditionary power and energy generation services. Bids were solicited via the Internet with four received. Work will be performed in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD is the contracting activity (W56KGU-18-C-0025).

MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY

      Chenega Infinity LLC, Chantilly, VA is being awarded a $44,923,791 competitive firm-fixed- price contract with a base year value of $7,797,019. This contract supports the Missile Defense Agency security operations center. The work will be performed in several locations in VA; Huntsville, AL and Colorado Springs, CO. This contract was competitively procured via the FBO.gov website with nine proposals received. The Missile Defense Agency, Huntsville, AL is the contracting activity (HQ0147- 18-C-0022).

      Katmai Technical Services LLC, Anchorage, AK was awarded a $22,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for professional technical services for the Engineer Research and Development Center.
