VA vendors: don’t name VA in ads
The Veterans Affairs Dept. proposed a new rule amending its acquisitions regulations. One of the provisions is a ban on VA vendors making, or implying, claims about their VA contracts in their commercial advertising. The intent is to avoid the appearance of VA endorsement. There also are rules on personal conflicts of interest. Comments are due by July 17.
