The General Services Administration has issued the RFP for management of FedBizOpps, the government’s procurement portal. This is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 541512. The Office of Personnel Management has issued an RFP for multiple indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts for online training, products and services in support of the Government Online Learning Center, GoLearn. GoLearn is responsible for providing Web-based human capital performance tools and Web-based training content, including academic, technical, executive and organizational development courses to federal employees. Two of the specialized technical areas are total small business set-asides: Learning Management System, NAICS code 541511, and GoLearn Staff Support, NAICS code 541990. Contracts in the following areas are partial set-asides:

*Training Content COTS Courseware (20% small business reserve) and Collaboration Tools and Human Capital Performance Applications (50% reserve). The NAICS code is 541511.
